Food was good and prices were more than reasonable...

All around good food and decent service

I am being very generous with a one star. Order was taken right away. Was told to have a seat and they would bring everything out. Waited 45 minutes with no food or drinks. We were the only two customers in dining room. When confronted staff was very rude. Tried serving cold food which was very unacceptable but given fact our food was sitting by to go window for God knows how long. Multiple dirty tables in dining room.

toke our order waited 45 minutes never received our drinks and when I ask about our food it was sitting over to the side when we received our food it was cold . We were the only 2 customers in dinning area the wait. made them refund my money an left the food. Then they got crappy because I question them

To many old guys sitting one to a both just talking, couldn't sit with my family to eat because booths were taking

For the price the food wasn't bad

Food was okay however the place made me cringe. Tables were dirty and sticky. The highchair looked like it had not ever been cleaned. And the toilet in the women’s room would not flush. Disgusting.

Can't really speak on the taste of the food. I rode with a friend to pick up her order and she waited about 45 minutes

Awful!!! Ginos used to be great but not this one!!! Ordered food at 440 and couldn’t get it until 545. So slow then get it and it’s half put together. Lg pizza with everything… the crust is still soft as in under cooked and the toppings were so few that it was ridiculous… I paid for a pizza with everything not one that had so few toppings I could count on one hand. Literally I found 1 mushroom on the pizza…. I’m highly disappointed with the food, staff attitude and the attentiveness to customers time and needs!!!

I got the owwy chewy chocolate chip cookie and I got home and it was hard as a brick called them they acted like they didn't want to help so don't order it I promise it will be hard as a brick!!

I Don't care which Gino's you visit, they are constantly good. The price is fair, food fresh. The staff at this one was polite and cared that we enjoyed our meal. We had two pizzas and a canzone with nary even the smallest imperfection. Dining room was clean and I enjoyed the old pictures.
