Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Pizza is always super tasty and service is always quick to get to you. Even when it’s super busy normally doesn’t take any longer than 20-30 minutes. One of our favorite pizza places. Has a nice historic themed lobby with a lot of pictures of old coal towns and plenty of space for larger gatherings too. We have been coming here for years and have not once had a bad experience.

We tried to call and arrives 35 mins prior to closing. Phones were both off of the hook. The guy working was rude as hell. No greeting. Stood there 10 minutes and finally told him we needed to place an order. They close at 10 and he told us it was too late to order 1 pizza. Being upset I ask again and he proceeded to lie and say he was out of dough. Ironically some folks before us had picked up their order before we arrived retured as the order they picked up was incorrect. Guess what. Mr. No personality was quick to find some dough. I will never go here again due to terrible customer service skills. Thankfully the guy that had an incorrect order was kind enough to give us one of his pizzas. It’s a shame. We usually ride with a large group and bring in good revenue but I guess this employee has no care about his paycheck.

All around good food and decent service

I am being very generous with a one star. Order was taken right away. Was told to have a seat and they would bring everything out. Waited 45 minutes with no food or drinks. We were the only two customers in dining room. When confronted staff was very rude. Tried serving cold food which was very unacceptable but given fact our food was sitting by to go window for God knows how long. Multiple dirty tables in dining room.

toke our order waited 45 minutes never received our drinks and when I ask about our food it was sitting over to the side when we received our food it was cold . We were the only 2 customers in dinning area the wait. made them refund my money an left the food. Then they got crappy because I question them

To many old guys sitting one to a both just talking, couldn't sit with my family to eat because booths were taking

Food was okay however the place made me cringe. Tables were dirty and sticky. The highchair looked like it had not ever been cleaned. And the toilet in the women’s room would not flush. Disgusting.
