I ordered the blt the brown sugar bacon when I got home it was roast beef with mayo and tomatoe. No bacon anywhere I ordered the fish sandwich and was so tough I couldn't eat but two bites. I never leave reviews but at the price those two sandwich costed I feel I have to.

Strongly recommend! I placed my order to be delivered by Door-Dash, not expecting what I got. I was very impressed the food quality was great, the delivery time was great, but I got a huge surprise when I received my order. All my food was sealed with an extra layer of protection, Arby's added seals on my food to prevent tampering with. An extra layer of protection for health and safety reasons. Thank you Arby's for going above and beyond to protect your customers, I will be ordering again. Job well done! :) The Milkshakes are great also.? *****
Had to try the new good burger 2 meal wished I didn't..super slow drive thru literally sit in line for 15-20mins with jus 2 cars ahead of me ...only asked for cheese on mine n only got a bun n a partial cooked burger ..tough n close to burnt on the outside n pink on the inside ..frys was old ..chocolate shake was pure fudge ..literally see why this was my frist time going back in 4years ..good burger 2 meal should hav went to burgerking or someone else bc that was not a enjoyable meal at all ...drive thru worker also spilled soda down my arm bc they over filled it n didn't clean the top off so now I hav a sticky arm and car door

Wondering how many bad reviews about staff there needs to be for some of the workers to look for less service oriented jobs. After a couple minutes of standing at the register someone yelled over that they’d be over in a minute. I think we were purely waiting on her to finish complaining about the customer in the drive thru, telling the other employee that if the customer complains about her attitude to have them F off. After that, asked another boy to “put on his big boy pants and take our order”. He did not. After waiting a few more minutes she took our order, with hate in her eyes. The name on our receipt was shyanne I believe and the girl who took our order was literally wearing slides and texting while touching the food. Glad she did not cause us an altercation but it did take probably 10 minutes for our food to come out. The lobby was not clean nor in the process of being cleaned and there were no napkins available. If corporate is smart they’ll pull the camera footage to confirm and clean house based on all these reviews.
This is my favorite Arby's. The food is always fresh and the service is consistently friendly. Thanks guys!

Had a great drive thru experience at this particular Arby’s. The guy working the drive thru on 7/8/2023 around 5:30pm was the friendliest guy and he made our stop for dinner memorable. I hope others can take note of his kindness because it goes a long way.

Wasn't too crowded, they brought our order to the table and checked later to see if we needed anything else. Service from comparable to a nice restaurant. Very pleased. A bit noisy because of a large family but it is a kid friendly place.
