If you are looking for home cooked country cooking, this is a must. The location is not on the beaten path. I feel that this is a hidden gem. Nice to find a new option for great food in Princeton. Much better than the big chain restaurants. Nothing fancy about this place, just good food.

Traveling through to NC decided to try this place based on reviews. I agree owner was super nice, greeted us like family, we went basic and order chili dogs with slaw and fries. Everything was hot, delicious and fresh. Will definitely stop again when we come back through cause I bet the mac and cheese is banging.

Tonight we had Dabs cater an event that our church outreach ministry was having. The food was delicious and had good flavor. The price was comparable and the quality was superior. We definitely recommend.

Fishing trip to the Princeton area didnât go as planned due to all the rain but dinner at Dabâs was definitely a plus. Some of the best âhome cookedâ food you will find, anywhere (sorry Mamaw). Great selection and great service, with a little sass. We will definitely be back by on our next trip.

Fell upon this gem while traveling from Florida to Ohio. All I can say is WOW! Delicious home cooked comfort food and genuinely kind owner and workers. So worth the little 4 miles off the interstate. Do yourself a favor and give this local establishment a try. You wonât be sorry. The green beans are a must!!!

Stopped by on our way home from SC. About 4 miles off the interstate and worth every mile. The baked mac n cheese is to die for. Real mashed potatoes, collard greens, chicken livers were spot on. Livers with just enough crunch but still tender and moist. The owner and cook of the place and her staff were beyond nice. Made us feel like we were home although out of towners and first timers. After our meal, she introduced us to fish dog. Our bellies were full but we couldn't resist them. Trust me, if you like spicy food, fish, slaw, chili, give this a try. Awesome!! She literally made us each one and brought out for us for free!! Then when she found out my husband ordered collard greens but they wasn't ready at the time, she said they are ready now!! Packed him up a to go container to take home. Also free of charge!!!! This place is the real deal. Give it a try!!!! Next time I'm trying the wings. She says they are the best!!
