Usually the pretzels are at least fresh. The lemonade was gross. The pretzel bites werent fresh and they were too salty. Service wasn't great. I prefer thr Morgantown mall location .

Cinnamon sugar bites are always hard and/or not enough cinnamon sugar. Blue raspberry lemonade is always good though

My son wanted these cinnamon things, so I got a jalapeno pretzel, it was a'ight.
Ordered pretzel dogs from door dash and they were a huge disappointment..they were burned and very soggy..tried contacting store about a refund,but no one answered. I’ve called atleast 10 times. Very unprofessional. This franchise will never see a cent from me

I bought a traditional pretzel, and I have to say it was the most delicious pretzel I’ve ever had! Buttery, salty, fluffy, crunchy on the bottom, it was AMAZING! Called to thank the store because it was FLAWLESS!!! and the staff was very nice & quick with getting me checked out and making sure I had what I needed!🥨🥨🥨

I ordered cinnamon and sugar "nuggets" to take home. When I got back on the highway, took a bite and realized they were the salted ones. I can't have all that salt and had to throw them away. Tried to call back but no one answered. Big disappointment ?.
