It is a great place to stop and grab a snack while shopping 25/10 do recommend. Ask for the Matthew Barlow if he's there he's probably one of the best workers great service. Great food. All around good store

Ordered pretzel dogs from door dash and they were a huge disappointment..they were burned and very soggy..tried contacting store about a refund,but no one answered. I’ve called atleast 10 times. Very unprofessional. This franchise will never see a cent from me

I ordered cinnamon and sugar "nuggets" to take home. When I got back on the highway, took a bite and realized they were the salted ones. I can't have all that salt and had to throw them away. Tried to call back but no one answered. Big disappointment ?.

So sad a once favorite place not so favorite now. Son and I stood in line with one person infront of us for at least 8 min with 6-7 people "working" two of which were in the back chowing down then once they were finished they came out licking their fingers and taking orders..... An order with a line of about 5 people impatiently waiting. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone work here that could be considered and adult with that said your crew needs some major work. Just so you're aware in just about 24 hours exactly my son and were ill of which lasted about an hour or two, my wife didn't have any any and she's fine. Maybe teach your kids there some proper food handling!

Horrible, petty management. The manager is 19 years old and very unqualified and unprofessional.
Asked about the mini dog pretzels. They told me 12 mins. So I come back and ask and they lied never did make them. Not like it was closing time either. So walked off and said they are lairs to my 3yr old and 4 yr old. They need people that actually no how to work and not lie. That is really bad business.

A must stop for a snack when going to the mall. I want to give 5 stars but cannot this time. No menu was visible for selection and only two types of pretzels were prepared, cinnamon sugar and plain. It was not late in the evening. Would like to have seen the menu board lit, better selection available, and more attentive staff behind the counter who were more interested in their own conversation than helping customers with their questions. Hopefully I can update my rating in the future.

2 nice teenagers and 2 rude teenagers were working today at 3:40 pm today. My husband ordered a pretzel and a drink. I chose not to spend my money at an establishment that allows its employees to talk rudely to customers. we will not be back!
