Traveling from columbia south carolina and let me say this place was a breath of fresh air. Food was fresh and delicious but the service was absolutely impeccable! I don't remember the young man's name that was our waiter but he deserves a raise! Customer service like that isn't so common anymore. That young man is going places!

It’s been quite a few years since i’ve eaten Bob Evan’s and it will probably be the last unless i’m forced. Two Wildfire Chicken Salads, just a mess, tasted awful. Cheese was not in date, there’s no way. The portions were tiny, quality is gone. Prices are up. It’s off the list. Not worth it.

The food was awful and the employees could have cared less. The soup was cold, bacon burnt to a crisp and the turkey was frozen. The restaurant was filthy and employees were too concerned with their own conversations on the opposite side of the restaurant to bother with any guests. Awful experience and will not return. I wish I would have read the reviews before going.
Worst service ever, it took us 40 min to get our food and had to chase down the waitress to even get a refill, it was like a bar conversation two guys hanging g out there talking about things that shoukd not have been talked about and the waitresses was in on the conversation, floors was dirty and reatrant was fifthy, my food was cold by the time I got it and my husband's glass was gross and the water tasted like dirty mop water, they should have paid us to eat the food. Sure as the heck wasn't worth the 45.00 I paid.

Don’t expect to receive any condiments, make sure they are in the bag. Also, their version of extra mayonnaise is a half of a 2 oz cup due to the prep guy not wanting to fill the mayonnaise bottle AGAIN. I ordered a cheeseburger and there was no condiments on it or in the bag. The burger was beyond well done. I also ordered a turkey sandwich, again no extra mayonnaise and it was pretty slim on the sandwich. I was also missing one side. When I received the side, it was also only half full. Most of the food was delicious but check before leaving!!!!

Both the turkey and the biscuits were so dried out that they were barely edible. I was traveling and in a hurry so didn't have time to send them back.

I don't know what this woman's position is but she was hosting on the morning of 1/25/25. Was turning away people at the door with the excuse there was a 20 to 25 minute wait because the kitchen was backed up. There were 12 cars in the parking lot. While waiting in the lobby, this woman begins preaching her political views about genders , and what President Trump had said. This into our half hour wait. We finally got up and left after hearing her views. We will not visit this establishment again until she is no longer there. Chose the people who represent your brand who is interested in serving everyone, not just the people she agrees with.
