Food quality is consistently good. Very friendly servers. I've only eaten here for breakfast and they do offer mimosas. Pretty accommodating with swapping items and assistance with dietary restrictions.

Recently Nov 9th went to Bob Evans. We usually like to visit Bob Evans while on vacation but always read the reviews before going to each location. We have enjoyed going to B.Evans over the years. Well i see the POT HOLES are still there in the lot after how many months now? Also while there , we were not told they were totally out of all chicken meals after we had already ordered drinks and then gave our food order. how the hell can a restaurant that serves mainly chicken be totally out of it? Oh well we walked out after finding out and i can now see why there were so many bad reviews recently of this place. Many Bob Evans are struggling i have noticed as i travel quite a bit through out many states. They have changed their menu a bit for the better but unless they get their act together with service and availability of food offered , this location sure looks it won't be lasting long especially in Bridgeport/Clarksburg where there is so many restaurants that offer the same food offerings. Get your act together or you will be out of business soon.

Restrooms had no hand soap or towels and sinks were dirty! Had to wait 15+ minutes to be seated! Waited for a waitress for several minutes and for our coffee and water! Ordered our food and waited 15+ minutes to get it! Was shorted an order of toast that was added to breakfast meal and had to keep trying to get waitress attention to get it! Was almost totally done eating breakfast before toast and syrup were brought to our table! They were busy, but that was no excuse for today's service!!

Waited a long time for service. Waitress kept going to others and bypassing us. She didn't bring sweetener to us, And never got tea refill. Was also completely out of chicken .

So I ask a simple question. What is BOB EVANS known for.? How the heck do they run out of fried chicken. This was beyond ridiculous. We came here specifically for this. SOMEONE IS MOT DOING THEIR JOB. There were no floods or storms or hurricanes to blame this on ! Of course there was no wait. There was no fried chicken. lol. They did have grilled chicken.
