I called and order a plain all pink cake with only a border and a little writing. I specifically said that I wanted it plain and absolutely no roses. When I arrived the woman was asking me what my order was because she could not find my cake. I told her it was a 2 tier circle cake and she said back “so an 8 inch double” in a very condescending way, almost making fun of me because I didn’t know her cake terminology. This was in front of the 6 costumers standing behind me. She eventually found the cake which had 2 big roses on it, one green and one pink. It also had 2 different shades of pink and sprinkles on it and the base color of it was white. I told her what I had ordered and she said that it said nothing about that and did not seem to care that I was dissatisfied. She told me that taking the roses off would just make it look not smooth. I had them still take the roses off and left. The overall experience was just not good. The cake was no where near what I asked for, but even more the woman was just so rude when I was being very nice and apologetic for asking her to fix it. Never ordering again.

They have the best pepperoni rolls in WV.My daughter loved the cupcakes. Service was great and bakery was clean. Will be stopping by again next time in Bridgeport.

We always purchase delicious treats from Bonnie Belle's! I'm February, we purchased an 8" round cake and petit fours for our small wedding. Everything turned out great and we felt the prices were very reasonable! I would highly recommend.

I'm in West Virginia on a business trip and this place was right in front of my hotel so I thought I would stop by and get myself something sweet. I couldn't choose between the peanut butter cupcake and the hostess cupcake so I just got both. They are pretty sizable, I got them yesterday and I still have plenty to eat. Both were very moist. The icing was a little too sweet for me so I just scraped some of it off. Overall an amazing cupcake and the staff was so friendly.
This is by far the best bakery I have been to in a while. I stumbled upon it when going to the dentist (it's right next door) and now I find myself driving 30 minutes just for this bakery. Anything you get is going to be good but you have to try their cinnamon rolls!! To die for!!

While the desserts were top-notch, the customer service was some of the worst we've experienced two different times we visited and by two different young girls. The only good customer service was given by the owner's husband who went out of his way to go above and beyond so I'll give it a 2 instead of a 1 for service.
