Brickside Bar & Grille

It's a Meh place. Been here a few times, the food is really good but the service always sucks. I was told they didn't have Yuengling, then I saw someone drinking one. The last time I stopped we sat at the bar, we were the only ones at the bar, the pregnant gave us beer and menus then ignored us for 20 minutes so we just left. This place would be the spot if they had a service culture, but it's poor service every time.

Brickside is a local staple in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area. The steak hoagie is delicious, and I am a big fan of their homemade pita chips used in the buffalo chicken dip.

Usually a pretty busy spot, so adjust accordingly.

Talk about being made to feel unwelcome! We went in and sat ourselves as the sign said. The bar area was full, and we got a small two top. The bartender gave us menus ( which were sticky) and silverware and napkins. She said another person would be our waitress. That was it. Nobody gave us another look. We left after 10 minutes of sitting there looking at each other.

I can not rate the food as we were never given the chance to order. I am guessing this is a regulars spot because they were certainly garnering the attention.

The food at Birckside was very good and the service was excellent. Going above and beyond, when we left the restaurant and had driven 200 miles away, we realized we had left our credit card behind. The restaurant promptly mailed it to us and we have now received it. All around, great hospitality from the rrestaurant team.

First time customer awesome service and my great waitress Olivia was just terrific.

Not a bad experience just nothing to write home about, bartender was the saving grace everything else was ok, the brick side up in Fairmont is better food, maybe just not a good day for the kitchen

Fantastic music, quick food orders!

Sadly, they did last call at 11pm, even though they don't close till midnight. I got there at 10 minutes after 11. They were already counting out the till.

Everything was delicious.
Brisket Mac n cheese, fantastic.
Side salad, house made Italian. Mmm.
Steak salad with tasty fries. 😋
Big beer selection with local drafts.

Great food, just better have a lot of patience and be in no hurry at all!
