A 350-400 seat Auditorium/Theater would be a nice addition to the Bridgeport Conference Center for live entertaintainment such as concerts,comedy acts and plays as well as movies and films.The picture below will be the Railyard Event and Conference Center that is under construction in Elkins with the Auditorium/Theater addition seating 414 with a total area for the venue at 28,000 square feet that was expanded from their original plan of 16,000 square feet(Sounds Familiar) for which the Thrasher Group in Bridgeport has a part in this project.It might be worth looking into especially after when that Elkins venue will open in the Spring of 2026 for any ideas that could enhance the Bridgeport Conference Center.Just tossing some ideas 💡! Attended NSDAR state conference in April, service in the dining room was awful. Food was cold, had to get our own beverages, wait staff was struggling to serve.
2025 WV State DAR Conference was held in the BCC, Guests had bed bugs in their rooms, light bulbs broken off in a lamp socket, food was aweful, over cooked, dry and cold. Saturday Night not enough seating for guests and 4 of us left to eat in a nearby restaurant and missed out on one night of festivities. They should return 70.00 for this indiscretion.
Very nice facility well maintained, nicely laid out. The catered food was horrible, barely able to eat it, it was very expensive, some of the rooms had bed bugs and they were slow to replenish towels and linens. Nice but use caution.
Great location for meetings or conferences. Quick access to I-79.

We attended the 2024 GFWC Bridgeport Junior Women’s Club “Be the Change Ball.” The venue is the best! Chef Tim Gorby prepared Michelin Star Food!

Fascinating I have been here for a while but it came over to the vendor arts and craft shoh it is amazing I'm glad I came lots of people here lots of Merchandise Come on out you'll enjoy it
