The bubble tea doesn't come with the bubbles unless you ask for it (with an upcharge) I left feeling deceived with a $7 cup of juice (after tip). Will not be going back.

SUPER GOOD!! I got taro milk tea with tapioca pearls the tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly not overcooked or undercooked, the BEST I’ve had!!!! The customer service was AWESOME as well, and they were very nice

I was in on Friday afternoon on February 2nd. The girls were crazy busy. They did a terrific job with everyone. They did have a super mean and rude woman customer that was being very disrespectful to them. They handled it well. The owners of this place need to make sure the girls are praised and rewarded for their hard work and great customer service. I will be back because of the fantastic customer service that the girls displayed. Only other thing I would recommend is to have an owner their on a busy Friday night. Kind of unfair to the staff.

Waited 30 minutes in line to get NOTHING. Workers kept doing DoorDash orders while we just stood and watched without getting to place an order and had to leave. Waiting customers in store should be served before people sitting at home!

The customer service at the Meadowbrook Mall was excellent. They were patient while answering all of our questions and helped explain things/flavors/options to my young boys. One son got the taro milk tea with boba, another got the Superman ice cream in the bubble waffle, and I got the black raspberry fudge ice cream in a cup. The ice cream was delicious, high quality, and had the perfect texture. My son loved his taro tea. We're very excited to come back again and see what else we can try, like taro tea with blueberry popping boba that is supposed to taste like a blueberry muffin. 😋
