I swear every time i am in this store it takes 30 minutes to get my food. Food for a single person. The red haired lady that works here is very arrogant and acts like she does everything meanwhile nothing is getting done. She kept saying “I’m here to help” and then proceeds to not do anything.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers that were cold and not made correctly. On top of that the woman at the window was yelling loudly at the other employees in the store

As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, I was immediately greeted with a warm and very welcoming lady. On the other end she took my order. Read it all back to me and I had me pull around immediately. Given me my total I pull up every employee that was on the front line. Come to the window greeted me asked how my day was a honestly was all around great I absolutely love the new management and the front worker. Brady always makes me feel welcome. My food was hot and fresh even after my 15mins drive home so I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!! Keep up the great work BK

Went through the drive thru this evening to “what do you want?”
I used a code for the $30 meal deal on the app. When I pulled around, I handed the cashier a $100 bill. I was declined service and told “we don’t accept anything over a $50” I said that didn’t make sense to me. He then told me “you need to go to the BFS and get change.” Was told “we will get in trouble for taking that”
What is happening at BFS ran BK, where your employees are scared to accept LEGAL TENDER?!
Never have I EVER known of a business turning away cash. If you can break a $50 bill for a $5 order, you can surely break a $100 bill for $35!
A Whopper is a Whopper. Once or twice a year I get a hankering for a Whopper. It was very satisfying.

How is this location still open? I would be embarrassed if I owned this place. Something is always broke or they are out of an item. Pretty sure the chicken is premade the week prior, because it was hard and tasted like it had been re-heated a few times. I got my sandwich then had to pull forward and wait on my drink. Yes you read that right I had to pull up and wait on my drink. Save time and go across the road and grab better quality food off of the gas station rollers.
As long as they make their burgers fresh when I order, they are always delicious unless they are not made fresh. This visit they were delicious.. fries and all. I always get a reg cheeseburger, my hunny a baconator. Always.. he loves it!!

Do not waste your money! Food was cold, the chicken sandwich was as hard as a rock as were the fries! We were made to pull up to wait for our food even thought there was not another customer in sight, the worker stated that they are timed on how long the cars are at the window.

Great hot burger ,lukewarm fries. Order taker had so much trouble getting the order correct. I don't work there , and don't go often(wonder why), so I don't know what comes on normal burger. I even made both burgers same, even though it wasn't how I really wanted since she struggled with first one. She kept saying; " no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles"? All we wanted was mayo, lett, tom, no cheese. I would have thought a mgr would be on headset and step in, but no. After that struggle I didn't try anything else. Just 2 combos. Then barely warm fries. The burgers were hot and fresh. Only saving grace.
