the women who took my order. her name is Mackenzie, was not only rude to me. But every customer before me as well. not welcoming at all and very disrespectful. I’ve only eaten here once before this.. definitely a bad experience here.

I love the food here and always have, but I am dying to know why during my visit I saw the lady who took my order, also cooked my food. I thought “Surely a big chain located in the mall can afford to adequately staff their establishment” then I heard 2 employees in the back, who conveniently came out once the work was done, on their phones. Shame on management for allowing this to happen, I asked for the ladies name before I left to give her some recognition for busting her ass doing 2 jobs, I guarantee she’s not getting paid to do both! Shout out to Helena for being a great employee! I hope she get the recognition she deserves.

Love this place, Charleys in particular never fails to impress. Helena the cashier at the Charleys makes our entire experience so enjoyable, always happy and constantly pleasing customers in an efficient and her service exceeds expectations, excellent customer service with a lovely smile!!!! Thank you to this establishment for providing perfection everytime!!!! Never leave!!!

They canceled my online order after letting me wait an hour in a half! And I haven't been refunded For the order.. They waited until the time my order was supposed to be delivered to cancel it. So I sit an hour and a half Just to be let down!

Really good food for a good price, though service is lacking. I don't use ice in my drink as the ice melts and makes my drink awful, which is why I usually request "no ice," yet my drink is always filled with ice. Quality restaurants listen to their customers.

This place has really fallen off. Charley's used to be my go to at the food court, but the last few years the service, quality and cleanliness of the store front has dropped significantly even with it not being busy.

The lady with glasses up front with the employee ID name Yasser was very rude and rushed our order and acted like she hated her job. Worst customer service around.
