Love this place, Charleys in particular never fails to impress. Helena the cashier at the Charleys makes our entire experience so enjoyable, always happy and constantly pleasing customers in an efficient and her service exceeds expectations, excellent customer service with a lovely smile!!!! Really good food for a good price, though service is lacking. I don't use ice in my drink as the ice melts and makes my drink awful, which is why I usually request "no ice," yet my drink is always filled with ice. Quality restaurants listen to their customers.

This place has really fallen off. Charley's used to be my go to at the food court, but the last few years the service, quality and cleanliness of the store front has dropped significantly even with it not being busy.
