Really good food for a good price, though service is lacking. I don't use ice in my drink as the ice melts and makes my drink awful, which is why I usually request "no ice," yet my drink is always filled with ice. Quality restaurants listen to their customers.

This place has really fallen off. Charley's used to be my go to at the food court, but the last few years the service, quality and cleanliness of the store front has dropped significantly even with it not being busy.

The absolute BEST Philly Cheesesteaks{& Chicken Cheesesteaks} EVER!! I'm a Philly Chik and hubby is a LI guy and we're always wary when a restaurant claims that they make "true/authentic" Philly or Philly~style Cheesesteaks. Charley's Cheesesteaks actually SURPRISED us!! Just WISH that when you order thru DD that DD stopped with the added charges..it's quite upsetting when you are told one price and then SURPRISE it's HIGHER!! I will DEFINITELY...
