All is well there except the unsweetened tea! Last several months my wife and I have received tea that is Very weak. Paying for water at tea price! Would like a response from management.
My goto for grilled deluxe Chicken Sandwich and what ever I want to drink ( they have seasonal drinks too) overall and maybe next time I go there I’ll get a fruit cup

Hard to pass up a chik fila. They're all the same.
Chick-fil-A is always one of the better places to eat due to simplicity and quality. Easy, speedy, great food. All ya need.

Rude and need to practice listening skills when people are placing their order.

Every other Chick Fil A offers veterans a discount. Not here. Manager on duty said the owner here doesn't do that. Well, I won't be back or recommend to my other veteran friends. Food was slightly cold also. And, when I asked, wow, how unfriendly staff seemed.

“Christian based company” but employees be rude and get all upset because I wanted my order remade. Instead of complaining and making rude comments with your lovely co-workers do better and get the order right. Don’t give me fries that were cold and soggy. Forgot two sandwiches and the “spicy” chicken sandwich is wasn’t spicy and missing the pickles. The drinks and quick service was the only good thing

Clean, quick, and efficient—everything you’d expect from Chick-fil-A. The food tasted great, as always. While this location doesn’t have its own dining room, the food court is just steps away and has plenty of seating available. My only small critique is that they don’t offer a veteran’s discount, which I understand is typical for mall-based locations—but it would still be a nice touch. Overall, another great experience from a consistently reliable chain.

Way better than the one on Emily Dr in Clarksburg. The Meadowbrook Mall location has better tasting food and polite service. If they have an issue they quickly and professionally resolve it. Will always choose this one over Emily Dr. Management is top notch.

Need more employees at registers. You have a couple people filling online orders but only 1 running registers taking orders. Especially now at Christmas season. Lines are long. Food is delicious.
Poor management. They try to act as a good business; however, have their favorites. Cannot give good reasoning for anything whatsoever. Do better! Treat your employees with respect and abide by your rule book, rather than pulling rules out your rear that seem to be within your convenience.
Service is very slow. Waited 20 minutes. Seems to only be teenagers working and everyone seems very overwhelmed.
