Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered my food and I work .7 miles from the location pulled into work went to open the box. Food was cold. Paid 15.15$ for this

Looked forward to the chicken strip dinner, it was not as I remembered. The gravy was thin and tasteless very disappointing 😞

The last 3 times not including this time back, I and other wait at least 4-7 minutes for our orders to be taken, while the staff joke around and screw off clearly not paying attention or ignoring the fact they have customers waiting and even after the order being taken I have waited nearly 20 minutes to be given my food, it was not warm the last to visits..

This used to be a decent dairy queen but its went down hill fast. You have to ask them for every single part of your meal. Usually theny give you a bag with a hamburger in it. No drink no fries. So make sure you double check everything because its happens every single time. After i get my food i did not recieve. I will not be returning.

Hubby and I tried to order through the drive thru on Saturday evening around 7 pm. There was a car in front of us that gave their order and went to the window. A voice on the intercom told us they would be with us. We waited and waited and waited. No one ever came back. We gave up and proceed through to exit. The car in front of us had left. There were no employees visible in the restaurant and the one employee that was visible was outside sitting on the guardrail across from the drive thru under the trees. #noserviceatall

Went through the drive thru guy was yelling at us through the drive thru and got our order it was all wrong went in the place was a disaster food in the lobby. Workers has no gloves on touching food yelling at each other this is July 4th at 6:16 pm the girl was touching g her hair and then touching food

Horrible place to work for. Ungrateful management and machines are always broken. We are constantly out of stock because no one knows how to do inventory correctly.

I have tried to order the 6 Ckn tender meal here SEVERAL times and EVERYTIME they are out of the GRAVY. Today was another one of those days! Like seriously how are you out of the gravy ALL the time. I know for a fact I'm NOT the only person who has been told this on several occasions! Some how the Bridgeport location downtown is NEVER out of the gravy??

this place is run by a bunch of kids that don't care. If I owned this business, they'd all be fired. Went through the drive through at 9:30pm and they said the ice cream machine was already shut down. They won't answer phones and they hang up on you when they do.

No one is running the drive thru

I specific ordered the gravy and then she asked you can have another sauce. I asked if it was the gravy and drink she fave me buffalo . When I went back in to get the gravy she tried to charge me but then told me she would trade the buufalo for it.

I got forgotten about in the drive thru. Like actually forgotten about. So I went in, it was not busy at all and they had plenty of staff and they were still slacking severely. I've waited over 25 minutes now for my food, which I didn't order alot. They also messed up my order after I explicitly said it 4 times. The dude who took my order rushed me even, which I don't understand since nothing else here seems to be rushed.I love Dairy Queen, just definitely not this one. I will not be back. I hope the other ones near by have better service, because this was terrible.

This locations seems to always be dirty inside, ran by younger people so the service isn't the best, food is cheap, ice cream is good. Bought an ice cream cake that was over priced. Overall. Just go in for ice cream and leave.
