this place is run by a bunch of kids that don't care. If I owned this business, they'd all be fired. Went through the drive through at 9:30pm and they said the ice cream machine was already shut down. They won't answer phones and they hang up on you when they do.

I specific ordered the gravy and then she asked you can have another sauce. I asked if it was the gravy and drink she fave me buffalo . When I went back in to get the gravy she tried to charge me but then told me she would trade the buufalo for it.

I got forgotten about in the drive thru. Like actually forgotten about. So I went in, it was not busy at all and they had plenty of staff and they were still slacking severely. I've waited over 25 minutes now for my food, which I didn't order alot. They also messed up my order after I explicitly said it 4 times. The dude who took my order rushed me even, which I don't understand since nothing else here seems to be rushed.I love Dairy Queen, just definitely not this one. I will not be back. I hope the other ones near by have better service, because this was terrible.

This locations seems to always be dirty inside, ran by younger people so the service isn't the best, food is cheap, ice cream is good. Bought an ice cream cake that was over priced. Overall. Just go in for ice cream and leave.

I’m sorry we don’t normally give horrible reviews but after stopping to get some ice cream as we were waiting in the drive through a worker came out of the store with gloves on and a cup…. We knew something was up when he went around the dumpster and discarded whatever he has in the cup and then threw the cup away…. I don’t know about you but that’s a huge turn off to just think that was most likely a mouse or thing.Also, they were out of everything we tried to order.. bananas for a Sunday, slushy machine down, strawberries…. I hope they turn this place around soon but definitely won’t be back.

This is 100% the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Sunday I showed up and no vanilla ice cream. Show up Monday and no bananas. If you are in the area I recommend you search for another ice cream store.

Just went through the drive through, I ordered the flavor of the month blizzard, I was told they were out, how can you be out of the flavor of the month??? The young lady at the drive needs to learn about customer service. When I went to pay for my blizzard, not the flavor of the month, I noticed that she had her mouth full of food, she took my money and laid it on top of the cash register while she answered her cell phone. She finally gave me my blizzard, not one word did she speak, I am sorry, maybe she was deaf/mute, oh no, she took my order, so that can't be it. No thank you have a nice day... Perhaps whoever the manager of this establishment is, may need to have a talk with this young lady. Customer service was really lacking with this particular individual.Kid-friendliness: How about adult friendliness....

The Dairy Queen on Genesis Boulevard in Bridgeport WV does not have employees that all know how to make the different blizzard flavors. I just spent almost $10 for a cookie dough blizzard and turtle blizzard. The cookie dough one came out with just vanilla ice cream. They have always added chocolate syrup. Not chocolate ice cream. I mentioned that and the young boy made another one-but with chocolate ice cream. Horrible!!!

The hot dog was loaded with chili and it was delicious. Unfortunately a lot of it landed on my blouse. Ask for a fork and plenty of napkins for sure!
