I didn't even get to order due to the girl working drive thru being super rude to me!!! I understand if you are sold out of something but don't be rude!!!! If you are having a bad day don't take that out on customers!!! Had she not been rude I would have just picked something else but since she decided to be rude about it, I drove away!!!! Upper management really needs to get a handle on that place it's becoming an issue!!!!

Came in today (3:30 pm 5/12/24-mothers day) to rude staff and an unwelcome atmosphere. Staff was extremely rude to my wife as she ordered munchkin donuts and they were out, which is fine. When she asked for a refund, they replied “No, I don’t know how to do that.” She said okay, can I have two donuts then to even out the price? They said no, you can only have one. Even though the price would’ve been the same for the munchkins or two donuts so we overpaid and couldn’t do anything about it. Worker didn’t know how to refill coffee machine and tried to get me to change my medium drink to a small because he “didn’t know how and didn’t want to change it anyway.” Then the workers started arguing to each other because there was “no reason we are this busy” just a crazy experience. I’ll make the drive to fairmont from now on to avoid this location.
I got donuts there. They had a good selection, not the greatest but a good selection. The service was quick and solid and the shop front is nice.

Stop at the one off the saltwell exit in bridgeport almost every day for coffee either in the mornings or in the afternoon when I drop off or pick up my daughter from her job, the past few times the coffee has been horrible and weak tasting, today I stopped in and ordered my usual and when I got to the window I was given a large instead of an xl that I always order and when I asked if that was an extra large the girl was snippy and poured it into a bigger cup and thrust it out the window, stuck it in my cup holder and went about my day taking the occasional sip and it tasted horrible got home and dumped it done the sink and found a good quarter inch of grounds in the bottom of the cup. Pretty much done with you. I know my daily order won’t effect your bottom line but yeah I’ll just start making my own and save a few bucks.

Love the donuts here they always have the kind I like and always fresh!!I bought a dozen for myself and other family members and gave my Daughter and Grandson a dozen,great place if you want to stop in for some great donuts and coffee which we try to do at least once a month when we come through Fairmont,and one more thing I just wish they would sell the peanut butter filled that would make my husband's day he has had them before not at this one though because for some reason they don't sell them but maybe that will change

Normally decent. Friendly but overworked staff. Today was a huge miss with a latte that tasted burnt to a crisp and an unbuttered bagel with a 25 cent surcharge for cold packets of butter that I had to microwave just to be spreadable.
Purchased 6 doughnuts at 830 am. Very disappointed. Definitely were at least day old. Will not be buying there again.
