I get a beverage here maybe once or twice a month. The line is always short. I've never had anything substituted. The staff is friendly. Probably the best Dunkin' I've visited in NC WV.

Love the donuts here they always have the kind I like and always fresh!!I bought a dozen for myself and other family members and gave my Daughter and Grandson a dozen,great place if you want to stop in for some great donuts and coffee which we try to do at least once a month when we come through Fairmont,and one more thing I just wish they would sell the peanut butter filled that would make my husband's day he has had them before not at this one though because for some reason...

The service was great! The pumpkin spice signature latte tasted amazing. However, the chorizo and egg wrap that I ordered with it was still frozen and cold in the center. I understand these things are warmed up but they need to take the time to make sure they are thoroughly warm before handing them to the customer.
