I have been a twenty-two year Customer at Bridgeport/Clarksburg Eat’n Park. Always had the best buffet, soups, sticky buns, Boston brown bread, and breakfast! I had the best breakfast today! Eat’n Park the place for Smiles has made me sad by deciding to close their doors next week. Hopefully, the management team in Pittsburgh can get their act together to navigate through these uncertain times. Hate to see a great restaurant fall by the wayside like, Friendly’s, Elby’s and the like. My family will miss our Eat’n Park and it’s team.

I have always loved this restaurant and the nice waitresses but today we came in and there was a decently long wait to get seated. When we got seated we waited a pretty long time and when we got our food I was disappointed. The rice was gross and the chicken was bland. I have always loved this restaurant but looking at the reverse recently it has gone down hill. If your looking for a place with good service this is a great place to go but if your looking for amazing food this is probably not the best place to stop. I am wishing the best for this restaurant since it has a place in my heart.

We were visiting here and came here for the first time with friends and the experience & customer service was awful. The waiter had no personality, my eggs weren't cooked all the way. The dining area was dirty- tables & floor. The coffee was blahhh. The potatoes were hard. Then I paid the waiter and he never brought me my change. Would not recommend eating here.

Heather, I hope you see this!! My husband and I, along with my mother, stopped for dinner on our way back to Cleveland on August 14th about 5:15 pm. Heather was the only waitress and was doing a fantastic job. Yes, we waited a bit longer then a usual amount of time for our drinks, but! Heather was the only waitress so that wait was perfectly acceptable under the current circumstance. Our orders were correct and they got to us in the time one would expect. We were asked 2 times if we were doing okay or needed anything. Our drinks were refilled also. Heather stayed focused and was very pleasant and professional. Thank you heather for working so hard, doing a great job and not showing any frustration.

Not what it used to be. Shirts said they like to see my smile, but the hostess did not reciprocate. Menus are more impressive than the food, my omelette was tasteless and lazy.I miss the breakfast bar. I miss the biscuits and gravy. I must be old and crotchety IDK

Went to this establishment on a Sunday about 1:30 in the afternoon. There were 2 of us ,we waited for 35 minutes for a table, no problem we realize restaurants are understaffed. We got seated and a nice waiter named Jay took our order. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food. 1 meal was just soup and salad. There was something going on in the kitchen, someone was yelling and using profanity which could be heard by all diners.. The breakfast meal was delivered and I was asked what did you order, I stated soup and said. The salad was delivered a out 10 minutes later and the soup about 10 minutes after that by the assistant manager. She then proceeded to tell me she was being called to serve me because the other lady though I was upset. It was an awful experience.

Service was very poor on our visit. It wasn't our server specifically. It didn't appear anyone was working. It took a long while to get sat at a table . It took even longer to check out. Food was subpar from what I have grown used to in coming since late 2004 and they had taken some of my favorites off the menu. Likely won't return to this location for a while.
