Farm House Ice Cream

The ice cream was delicious, and the waffle cones were fresh! We will definitely be back! The prices were amazing too!

Adalyn and Eli serve me and they were incredibly attentive and respectful. Absolutely great workers, they did such a nice job manning the store. The two flavors I had were on mud and Pitt pride and I am being serious, they were some of the greatest scoops of ice cream that I’ve ever had. Thick cookie dough. I’m from Pittsburgh but anytime I’m passing through. I will definitely be stopping here again and I recommend anyone else do the same. Thank you guys!

NICE PLACE GOOD SELECTION OF HOMEMADE ICE CREAM BUT THE PRICING BOARD IS CONFUSING FOR ANYONE WHO HASNT BEEN THERE.

Went here based on the positive reviews and was not very impressed. The place was dead on a Saturday afternoon. I got a sundae with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce with pecans. The vanilla ice cream tasted like it had been sitting in the display case for weeks. Had a terrible icy texture and I threw half of it away in the trash. Employee was not very friendly or inviting. Will not be back.

Arrived at 7:48. Online says that it closed at 10 but on the door it does state 8 but doors were locked and the employee just didn’t pay any attention. Horrible way to run a business

Atmosphere-4 stars- located in the Holiday Plaza Shopping center in Bridgeport WV this country style themed ice cream parlor is very clean and nicely decorated. The booths have a cow hide pattern that’s pretty cool.

Service- 4 stars- the girl behind the counter was very nice and efficient. It wasn’t too busy so she handle things very well being it appeared the only employee there.

Food- 4 stars- the have your standard ice cream fare- cones, sundaes and shakes. I got the hot fudge sundae and it was very filling and decently priced. We also got a bowl of mint chocolate chip and it was good as well. I would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Good ice cream and a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy going there with family and visiting while we eat dessert.

You can smell the waffle cones as soon as you walk through the door! There were so many flavors of ice cream, and they were clearly marked if they were gluten free or sugar free. Gluten free sugar cones are available. You can ask for ice cream samples before buying. This time I picked a gluten free cone with cotton candy ice cream. Can't wait to go back and try other flavors!

I highly recommend! Mon mud is my favorite flavor ? The ice cream is delicious and they have so many options, including vegan flavors. It’s one of the few places we could take our toddler who was suffering from a dairy

I eat a LOT of ice cream. Almost daily. The quality of the ice cream is below average, especially for an ice cream shop. I would compare it to a grocery store budget brand. There were many choices in 3 gallon (i think) tubs of unknown source. I don't think they make their own. Sad if they do. The flavor was OK but the texture was more icy than creamy. I did not see any evidence of ice crystals in the tubs or in my servings. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup. The scoop sizes were larger than average, almost baseball size. The salted caramel flavor had a liberal amount of caramel swirled in but was very icy in texture. The butter pecan flavor was a little less icy but had no pecans in it! I have never had butter pecan without pecans. The price ($5.35 with tax) would have been reasonable if it was good ice cream. On the plus side, the server was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant.
