I got the Jamaican jerk sub so crazy flavorful its my favorite sub ! Also my experience in this restaurant eawas ry top notch the crew and manager made me feel special and appreciated the crew and manager are always friendly work hard and provide a cut above the rest on customer service

Vegetarian options: Great veggie sub 3 cheeses sautéed veggies and mushrooms loaded with lettuce tomato and onions the mushrooms are great addition has mayo deli mustard and Italian and you can add other items black olives cucumber bell pepper jalapeño or banana peppers they also do a no meat salad

Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids they provide free firemen hat for children and adults

Wheelchair accessibility: The crew and manager is happy to assist

Vegetarian options: Firehouse subs offers a great tasting veggie sub with 3 cheeses sautéed onions green bell peppers and garlic butter mushrooms served with shredded lettuce sliced tomatoes and sliced raw onions mayo deli mustard and Italian dressing the sautéed veggies and cheese are served warm and melted you can also customize it by adding banana and jalapeños black olives chopped cucumbers great sub offers a lot of veggies most sub shops restaurant don't give you a wide variety of veggies like Firehouse Subs does
Also have a no meat salad with Romaine chopped tomatoes cucumbers and bell peppers with mozzarella ? most places just give you lettuce cheese a maybe some tomatoes if you lucky I highly recommend Firehouse Subs vegetarian options they also serve gluten free roll

You guys need to fire the grumpy lady in her late 40's early 50's. Just sloppy and slow, 20 min to make 4 sandwiches, all 4 missing the pickle, all 4 togo boxes just gross with her dirty glove fingerprints and sauce all over them, watching her frown while making them and cutting them only to slam them in the box and close the lid with her sauce covered gloves smearing goo all over my sub box.. Just an unpleasant experience. She was the only old gal working lunch June 11th. I'm telling you she's not good, she already cost you this 2 star review, how many more are you going to take to keep her aboard. Nobody wants tu watch someone who's miserable at work make the food their about to eat..

So I was just on the app and it said the two locations around me Fairmont and Bridgeport that the store was closed so I called the store and asked if they were open and they said yes, but they couldn't take online orders or phone orders because they were too busy, how in the hell does that work.

Ordered our food with Ryan the shift leader. He said about 20 minutes. He took two more walk in and provided the food quickly. We asked for our money back for a 28.82 bill. Ryan said he is unable to return the 5.00 tip. Tried to give us 20.00 instead. We will not return.

Really great location! We are traveling and stopped in at 3pm. The staff was very nice, it was clean and had a great atmosphere/decor. The food was fresh and delicious. They had the best gluten free sandwich bread option I have had! Also it looks like they just donated around 470k to the West Virginia fire department for safety equipment at the beginning of the year. I really appreciate charitable businesses. All around great experience!

Firehouse used to be our favorite sub place, but, the last 2 times we've ordered there, there hasn't been nearly as much on the subs. There's only half the amount of meat (if that) and even the veggies are barely there. There was only one tomato on my 8 inch sub. They also put onions on it even though I asked for no onions. Unfortunately, it is no longer worth the price since the sandwiches are no longer full. So disappointing...

Love going for subs when we are in the area. Each purchase supports local firefighters! I had the chicken and dumpling soup. This is thick, hearty, and so warming for a cold rainy day- so good. Meat ball sub was very good. Just the right amount of sauce. The store is very clean. There are items of firefighting equipment to entertain the budding fireman/ woman in your family. I wish we had one in Buckhannon!
