Great American Cookies

Rebecca did a great job on a very short-notice order cookie cake. It’s better than we imagined and she and the company saved the party (and mom and dad from late night baking).

It's been a LONG while since I've had a cake, cookie, or cookie cake here. But the last cookie cake that came from here was freaking delicious~

The cookies were great but the customer service was not. After I ordered like any other customer the team member asked me why I had a certain look on my face. I was in a good mood so I was confused by the question. She then proceeded to call it an RBF. As funny as that may be, it’s unprofessional. I laughed it off but it definitely hurt.

They always make us cute and delicious cookie cake for birthdays. We order usually 4 times a year.

This place does offer lots of different cookies but is small. The prices are a little high, but not bad. They also sell cookie cakes in addition to large and small cookies. They recently added a small fee to orders over a certain amount to cover additional costs in delivery and supplies to avoid having to raise their prices. They do open a little after the mall does.

Such an amazing, friendly staff. Great cookie , thought some may think are a little pricey but I say well worth it.

This place has horrible customer service. If you want a cake don’t go here, unless you’re willing to wait an extra 30min

Was going to order a cake for Christmas I've ordered one every year and almost every holiday with a simple design Christmas tree and now their charging a $4 art fee for the something I get every year. No thanks I'll start ordering from somewhere else. Very disappointed and refuse to go back! Manger was rude on the phone and I'll take my business else where. Do not recommend!!
