This is just a follow-up to the horrible experience and rude waitress at the Bridgeport, WV IHOP. I was contacted by IHOP corporate by email apologizing, and they said someone from the Bridgeport site would contact me via email in 3 or 4 days at the most, that was May 5th. It's now May 17th, and I have yet to hear from anyone. As I stated before, I will never visit this location again, and now that goes for IHOP in general.

Ordered take out this evening and the pancakes were incorrect so my boyfriend took them back in to just add some chocolate chips. I Didn’t even need them to be remade, I just wanted some chocolate chips because I paid an extra $3.99 for them. But they insisted that they were going to remake them and it literally took them 30 minutes, and as I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for those chocolate chip pancakes. We came at 11:30 and it is not busy whatsoever, they haven’t even checked back in and I’m still missing the pancakes. What could’ve been like two minutes grabbing chocolate chips has turned into like a 35 minute ordeal and the rest of the food is now cold. Will not be coming back.

It's a typical IHOP. Diner style food. I will say I don't care much for their seating. It's very crowded. I don't mean the amount of people there. I mean the tables are very close together. I don't like to feel like I'm eating with another family.

Tried to go to eat. Once 4 people saw me waiting to be seated, did nothing, didn't say anything, and went back to the back. I left. This marks the 2nd time in a row after going to IHOP, I left. First time I got sat, and waiting 10-15 minutes to place my order, then left. I usually leave a $5 tip, even though I am alone. Oh well, lesson learned, no more going to IHOP.

Highway billboard said 24 Hours. Got off the highway at 2AM on Monday morning and they were closed. They should add only on Friday and Saturday to the billboard to avoid wasting people's time.

Service was great, the food not really. Biscuits and gravy were nasty. Sausage links were very small about the size of a slim Jim. Not worth the money at all. There needs to be a movement to make restaurants great again. The cinna-stack pancakes were OK, but not that great.

Went after Lunch Rush. Nobody there. I sat down. The took the order of the people that walked in after me. After 10 minutes they finally took my order. After 30 minutes they told me they lost my order. They were also out of iced tea. Lots of people standing arround there. Probably should fire Management to allow this to continue. I been in here once before and the kitchen staff was yelling screaming and cursing.

I visit this place around once per month as I travel. The food is always tasty and well prepared and consistent. The service is normally really good, but like most places, can be spotty. This last time my food was served at room temperature.
