Ordered asparagus with my steak. Returned asparagus because it was woody. Our waitress was more interested in helping 6 guys at the table beside us instead of helping finish our request. We waited for steak sauce for ever, my steak was almost gone when she finally brought the sauce. We asked for more coffee didn't get it until we were about ready to leave. We were sitting under one of the speakers and all you could hear was the thumping of the music. We couldn't cary on a conversation at all, because you couldn't hear anything else. I hate to complain, but the food, service and atmosphere was not on point. Sorry...for the lousy tip, but we were very disappointed.

This was hands down one of my best experiences at a restaurant in years. Our server, Cheyenne, was phenomenal. She was patient, had a great sense of humor, and radiated a super positive vibe. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and not only did they give a free dessert, Cheyenne got most of the staff to sign a birthday card and gave it my girlfriend as well. This was just an overall amazing experience and I hope she gets recognized for how great of a job she does.
As well, the food was fantastic. Both steaks were cooked to perfection, the shrimp appetizer was delicious, and the sundae dessert was also great!

Delicious food, wonderful steak cuts, amazing appetizers, and warm bread. I got a filet and it was butter soft and perfectly cooked. Good cuts of meat.
Great experience! We were seated within 5 minutes. Street ordering our food it only took ten minutes to get to our table. The customer service we received was top notch.

A very pleasant surprise. I’m usually not much for big chain restaurants, but I was very impressed with the service as well as the food quality at Clarksburg Longhorn. The music detracts from the experience some, but not terribly.

If you like a smile and peppy service as a side to your meal, Longhorn is your stop. Great steaks cooked to order, Be prepared to eat because they serve portions that will more than satisfy the biggest appetite. The deserts large deserts will make everyone loosen their belt a hole or two. If you are hungry when you leave, YOU didn't do something right. A little pricey but you have to expect to pay for quality!
