Quality is just as important as qunity and cost. I don't know what people do with their hands and they use the to stock and place condiments and now McDonald's thinks it's okay to put hash browns in with the condiments. And since just throwing it in the bag and the hot greese from hash browns they almost went through the bag by time I got home. Wa offer jam for my biscuit or ketchup and no napkins in the bag. I understand times are hard but be thankful for a job and act like it

Normally when I go to this location they are absolutely amazing but the past 2 nights I’ve gone there I’ve ordered medium sized fries and last night they were stale as hell and tonight I specifically asked for fresh fries and the girl in the drive through thought I wouldn’t notice that she placed old fries from the fry bin back into the fryer and gave me 2 packets of salt in the carton! I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life and when someone asks for fresh food you give them fresh food and what’s really sad is that I go to this specific location almost every night after work! I’m very disappointed

Downtown McDonald’s consistently messes up, Bridgeport McDonald’s has you waiting forever. Nutterfort is a hit or miss. Emily Drive McDonald’s does ok at least. Sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for two cars is insanely wild. Forced me to jump over next door over to the other McDonald’s
Pulled up during night shift to get food on 08/26/2025 but sat in the drive thru staring at the screen, with no other cars around, for 10 minutes. I love McDonald's so I drove to the Clarksburg location on Emily Drive. I drove there then they took my order and gave me food under 10 minutes. (See review on their page for more details.)
