Mickey D's is always a mixed bag. Sometimes the order is right, the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy, and it's out quickly. Other times the order's wrong, the fries are old, cold, and limp, and it takes forever. No in-between.

Get your WiFi fixed!!! Unable to use the app to order ahead of time for pickup or drive-thru, for using points or discounts associated within the app, and (according to the manager) unable to use it for Uber Eats or Grubhub etc., this presents somewhat of a challenge for customers and an epic failure on part of this franchise. The manager was able (after what looked like a huge effort and some attitude on the side) to place my order and give me a discount greater than what the app would have given, but I’d MUCH rather the WiFi worked! This should be a priority that the District Manager needs to address.

This is my second time eating here. Last week they gave me raw fries that were barely cooked. This time they got my order completely wrong. They don’t even speak back to you at the window when you say thank you or have a good day. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s.

I completely see why yalls ratings are low. How can yall be the only one that's stopped selling the mcrib a week ago? Yet, it's still on your menu in the drive thru and inside the store. Maybe need to have your drive thru girl work on her manners also.

Everything was great except the fries. They were cold and unusually hard even for cold fries. The nuggets were hot and fresh. I ordered a fish sandwich, add mayo(extra tartar $0.39) and it was very good, not messy. We ordered mcdoubles only ketchup but they were made all the way. The employee that handed my order out at the drive thru parking spot was very attentive making sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed before he left my car window. He even had ketchup and asked if I needed any. We usually go to a different mcds and this one impressed.
