We ate at Outback in Bridgeport yesterday and our server's name was Rory. She was fantastic! There were 4 of us and she got every last detail right. She checked on us several times during the meal and even helped us old folks, lol, with our rewards. And the food was great!
We had a late lunch there and sat in the bar area and had a great waitress who was new to Outback ! While eating I witnessed the bartender take her hand and scoop ice out of the ice cooler and put it on top of a drink and the waiter took it to his table! I was appalled!!! I did tell my waitress when she ask if we’d like drinks to go, she apologized and said she would need to tell her manager and the manager came out and spoke with us. I hadn't been there in forever so I was really looking forward to going. My two friends and I arrived around 5:35 pm. We got our water, tea and appetizer pretty quickly. Our salads took a while, but we did get them. By 6:50 pm, we still hadn't received our entrees!!! We had to take our meals to go!!! The steak wasn't done and the baked potato was overcooked with a hard skin. Sorry, not planning on going back for a long time.
