Outback Steakhouse

We had a late lunch there and sat in the bar area and had a great waitress who was new to Outback ! While eating I witnessed the bartender take her hand and scoop ice out of the ice cooler and put it on top of a drink and the waiter took it to his table! I was appalled!!! I did tell my waitress when she ask if we’d like drinks to go, she apologized and said she would need to tell her manager and the manager came out and spoke with us. Bartender was gone for a few minutes then back at the bar as we left! I always loved eating there but it left me with a different outlook. I’m sure stuff like this happens a lot and we never know it but to witness it was terrible. The food was delicious thankfully.

I hadn't been there in forever so I was really looking forward to going. My two friends and I arrived around 5:35 pm. We got our water, tea and appetizer pretty quickly. Our salads took a while, but we did get them. By 6:50 pm, we still hadn't received our entrees!!! We had to take our meals to go!!! The steak wasn't done and the baked potato was overcooked with a hard skin. Sorry, not planning on going back for a long time.

The portion sizes are terrible. The pecan feta salad had almost no pecans or feta. The chili didn't even fill the take out cup halfway. The grilled chicken sandwich patty took up less than half the bun. There was no ranch dressing, as requested with 3 meals. This was a takeout order. The young man who brought it out was very friendly, but only our dogs were satisfied with this order.

The head cook deserves a raise. Phenomenal service they actually communicate with their customers and care.

I have eaten here before and the food was good . Tonight the food was not good . Brussel sprouts were hard , the steak was tuff,tea was way to sweet had sugar in the bottom of glass. Must-have been a bad night .

Waiter was nice but he never provided small plates, never brought straws (my husband finally went up front to get our straws), he never refilled our water glasses either. Baked sweet potato finally arrived 20 minutes after ordering; stone cold. Asked to have a hot baked potato please and it took another 10 minutes to arrive. It had been many years since I had been in the area and thought we could get supper there. Suffice it to say, I wont be back. High prices, mediocre food and poor service

We've had two date nights here so far and everyhing has always been great. Best of all the servers!!! (at least the 2 we've had so far did amazing at keeping up with us). I don't remember having to ask for a refill or a to-go box or anything at all. He was Always a step ahead and at the ready and super friendly!

It took 1and half hours to get blooming onion. It was burnt on bottom and sitting in grease. Portions were half of what they used to be. Sat 4 of us at a small table back by the kitchen. Wasn’t enough room on table for our food. Young man that brought food had to bring the condiments we asked for 3 times. I will tell all of my customers to please not gift me with anymore gift cards for Outback

I had a steak and baked potato. It was perfect. Worth the money. Other things ordered at my table. Cheeseburger, breaded shrimp, Mac and cheese, Chicken tenders. None of them were happy with their meals. But I don't know why they went to a steakhouse and ordered not steak...

I went with family from the area around 4:00 pm today (Thursday). The place was virtually empty with only a couple other tables occupied. We were promptly greeted at the door and seated. The first thing we noticed was that we didn’t get the kids menu we requested so we had to ask for one. No biggie really. The waiter came and dropped off menus then walked off without the drink order. Came back five minutes or so and got the drink orders. Finally brought the drinks out 5-8 minutes after that then walked away without asking if we were ready to order (which we very much were). We waited and waited and waited and didn’t see him anywhere. Eventually he comes back and we get to order our food. A food running brought the food out to us and refilled a drink that had been sitting empty. The food was good. Cooked perfectly and came out fast and hot! It was tasty!!! We had to wait again for the server to finally make his way back around to ask for our check and boxes. We all wanted refills but we were finished with our food and the kids were ready to leave by the time the server made his appearance again.
The restaurant itself was nice. Good temperature, clean, quiet. I’d go back but I’d be choosy and not have this server again for sure. The kids menu is good as it isn’t just chicken tenders and fries. Free huge parking lot which was nice.

Ordered take out. It was 15 minutes late.My steak was done well done when asked for rare. Our blooming onion was soggy and cold, my boyfriend asked for no pickles or mustard and the burger had extra. Will not be ordering again

Great food really nice staff. A little expensive but really not to awful bad considering how everything has doubled and tripped here lately. Yes you might pay a little more than say Texas Roadhouse or Applebee's but well worth it.

Had such a wonderful time for lunch with my fiancé! Our waitress Nicole really helped us cheer up as we have been having a hard week! Thank you so much Nicole! A true angel! 10/10 experience because of you! (:
