Very nice staff and the food is good but not great. A little pricey but then again everything is more expensive right now. Overall not a bad experience just didn't expect our bill to be around 100$
Always a good meal.
Three courses special is very good value.
Ordered my steak, medium rare came out blood soaked on the plate, over salty just bad. Got the deep fried shrimp as an appetizer greasy oily mess. Wife got the shrimp pasta pasta lacked flavor. Shrimp was over. Salty. Coconut shrimp, however was good as it usually is in the service Was good also, however, save $100 and skip the outback choose a local eatery instead.
Great steak and service
The steak was really tough. I had a hard time cutting it with the steak knife.
Great food and people.
Terrible service, couldn't even do curb side
3/29/25 forget entire entrée in order. Worst Outback I have ever experienced. Skip this one go to Morgantown.
Cacey and Kamryn were amazing they got me everything I needed and the atmosphere was amazing.
Everything was good, and the waitress was sweet

The food was great, but the selection was kinda bleh. The server was extremely slow and forgetful. I asked for lemon with my tea and extra butter for the table and got neither. We got the app quite quickly, as well as the drinks.
The wedge salad was abysmal, only had tomato and onion. But our main course took 45 minutes to get to the table and they weren't busy! It was Sunday evening...
We spent over 100 dollars for 3 of us, for 3 entrée, an app, and drinks. I was so very disappointed, I honestly feel like I just threw away my money 😞
We had a late lunch there and sat in the bar area and had a great waitress who was new to Outback ! While eating I witnessed the bartender take her hand and scoop ice out of the ice cooler and put it on top of a drink and the waiter took it to his table! I was appalled!!! I did tell my waitress when she ask if we’d like drinks to go, she apologized and said she would need to tell her manager and the manager came out and spoke with us. Bartender was gone for a few minutes then back at the bar as we left! I always loved eating there but it left me with a different outlook. I’m sure stuff like this happens a lot and we never know it but to witness it was terrible. The food was delicious thankfully.
I ordered from outback off of door dash, getting two lobster meals with two sides each. One of the meals was missing the baked potato side as well was the fixings for said potato and our blooming onion arrived like this. Note that it looks undercooked and partially eaten already.
I hadn't been there in forever so I was really looking forward to going. My two friends and I arrived around 5:35 pm. We got our water, tea and appetizer pretty quickly. Our salads took a while, but we did get them. By 6:50 pm, we still hadn't received our entrees!!! We had to take our meals to go!!! The steak wasn't done and the baked potato was overcooked with a hard skin. Sorry, not planning on going back for a long time.
Not sure how often these get viewed, but I was in tonight (2/20) and a man at the table next to us was very rude to the waitress because he couldn’t comprehend that the prime rib was cooked to medium. He believed there can only be medium rare and medium well (despite the chart that was in front of his face with the temps) and called the cook an idiot. The server handled the situation with grace and was very delightful. Sorry some grumpy old man that evidently knows nothing about steak had to be so rude.
