Not sure how often these get viewed, but I was in tonight (2/20) and a man at the table next to us was very rude to the waitress because he couldn’t comprehend that the prime rib was cooked to medium. He believed there can only be medium rare and medium well (despite the chart that was in front of his face with the temps) and called the cook an idiot. The server handled the situation with grace and was very delightful. Sorry some grumpy old man that evidently knows nothing about...
