It was around 5:00 pm on 7/26/25 my husband and I walked in , there were only 2 people working. The hostess didn't seem to be all there mentally. It took 20 mins to get our diet Pepsi. She kept apologizing about getting items out to us. Other customers were getting agitated due to no service. A party of 8 or 10 walked out. That party was there before we were. Another party went up to get menu's and asked when they could get their drinks. Finally our drinks came in a paper cup, due to dirty glasses and they needed washed. Our pan pizza came in an hour, with hard/ cold breadsticks. The pizza was barely warm. Hardly any pepperoni on it. Our table was sticky so, while we waited I went to the bathroom and there was paper towels in the sink. I grabbed some clean ones and got them wet so, I could clean our table off. The hostess girl was very apologetic and said multiple times the food is coming. I'm so sorry ! The little guy in the back was trying to fix food, wash dishes, carry out food as well. Besides having all kinds of people not happy. At approximately 6:40 pm a third person came. Leaving those 2 young kids/ adults all by themselves. We also got a med. Cheese pizza hand tossed to go. We waited another 30 mins. Just to get the to go order. Very poor management. Where was the manager at ? How come those 2 were left to fend for themselves? On weekends they should've had more people working. I felt sorry for the 2 that were by themselves. This isn't the first time this has happened. I will never go there again. Other people were saying they were disappointed and dissatisfied. 😠😤😡

My husband and I brought our 15 year old son here for the pizza and salad buffet. This Pizza Hut is hands down the best Pizza Hut we've had anywhere. Do yourself a favor though and eat it there, it tastes much better hot and fresh and you'll get a blast from the past like you're back in a Pizza Hut booth in the 80s with your grandparents.

If you want fresh hot food that is correct then go somewhere else....this is not the place for that. From the slowness to complete orders, uncaring attitudes, and just general ineptness they should shut this restaurant down or find new managers/crew!

I ordered a big dinner box with cheese sticks did not get no sauce and they was breadsticks and then I ordered an extra family order of cheese sticks they were breadsticks placed told me it would take 20 minutes it took 58 min before my order was ready very poor service
Came in 30 minutes after Buffett started. The 3 whole pizzas on the buffet looked like they had been cooked two days ago and left sitting under warming lights since. The girl working it had a shitty look on her face every time someone said something about how poor it was. The Salad bar consisted of lettuce tomato’s onions and olives. That was it

First time getting pizza hut in years from this location and now I remember why. Pizza is awful! We got the cheese dippers pizza and theres basically no cheese. The rest of the food is terrible too. They didnt even cut our breadsticks or cinnamon sticks. Will not order from here ever again!

Wife ordered just the brownie for pickup, showed would be ready in 30 min, got there around the the 30 min allotted time was told it would be about 10 min. Ended up waiting another 30 min then was told it would be about 10 min, ok I waited this long. After another 10 min wait my last and final inquiry was another 10 min. End of story from time of order and total wait time was approximately 1hr and 20 min. Luckily it was not pre-paid so told others waiting for their orders they could have it if it ever gets ready and left. Could've went to store bought a mix and made one at home quicker. Will not be back
