If you want fresh hot food that is correct then go somewhere else....this is not the place for that. From the slowness to complete orders, uncaring attitudes, and just general ineptness they should shut this restaurant down or find new managers/crew!

I ordered a big dinner box with cheese sticks did not get no sauce and they was breadsticks and then I ordered an extra family order of cheese sticks they were breadsticks placed told me it would take 20 minutes it took 58 min before my order was ready very poor service

Came in 30 minutes after Buffett started. The 3 whole pizzas on the buffet looked like they had been cooked two days ago and left sitting under warming lights since. The girl working it had a shitty look on her face every time someone said something about how poor it was. The Salad bar consisted of lettuce tomato’s onions and olives. That was it

First time getting pizza hut in years from this location and now I remember why. Pizza is awful! We got the cheese dippers pizza and theres basically no cheese. The rest of the food is terrible too. They didnt even cut our breadsticks or cinnamon sticks. Will not order from here ever again!

Wife ordered just the brownie for pickup, showed would be ready in 30 min, got there around the the 30 min allotted time was told it would be about 10 min. Ended up waiting another 30 min then was told it would be about 10 min, ok I waited this long. After another 10 min wait my last and final inquiry was another 10 min. End of story from time of order and total wait time was approximately 1hr and 20 min. Luckily it was not pre-paid so told others waiting for their orders they could have it if it ever gets ready and left. Could've went to store bought a mix and made one at home quicker. Will not be back

I order an order for delivery and when it came the order was all messed up the one pizza I ordered was suppose to be pan crust with extra sauce and pepperoni and it came as thin crust the breadstix did even have much seasoning on them we also order cinni Stix and they didn't have much seasoning on them either only thing that was even what we ordered as the pan crust with cheese and pepperoni. Called and they said the only way to fix it was to come get it our self's after we spent $40.00 to have delivered and now had to use gas on top of it very aggravating. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I dined in with my son yesterday around 430pm. It was not busy at all. I think there was maybe 1 table and very few people picking up carry out orders. We should have left as soon as we got there, because the restaurant was filthy.... but we didn't. (My fault) The waitress took our order. Breadsticks, boneless wings, fries, Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries & a pizza to go. It took about 20 minutes before we got our breadsticks. Another 10 to 15 minutes before my son got his meal (boneless wings & fries) The server came to check on us & I told her that I still had not received my meal. She said it was coming. I waited a very long time.. My son was finished eating... waited even longer until I finally had to go up to the register to tell the server I had to go & that I no longer wanted my food, or the pizza I ordered to go. She then proceeded to tell me that it was coming. I once again told her I had to go. She said that they had so many to go orders. It didn't seem like they were busy. Plus if that was the case why was my son's meal delivered & not mine?
Bridgeport Pizza Hut has went down hill severely. I used to work there several years ago & it was never like this. We were busy, the restaurant was clean, & orders came out in a timely manner when I worked there. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Ordered 2 new York styles got 2 thin crust with wrong toppings Ordered 16 wings got 9 Ordered a double order of fries got one Ordered a 2 liter didn't get it. Tried calling several times and no would answer. Will get in touch with corporate office for full refund. Store needs to be restaffed from.the bottom up

I ordered a couple pizzas around 8 and they still hadn't shown up at 930 i tried to call to see what was going on and the person I talked to on thr phone just told me thr store was closed then hung up on me. If thry couldnt deliver it they could have called me and i would have worked out a way to get it, Pizza hut has really gone downhill, probably too late to get anything now im stuck eating lunch out of the vending machine at work. Thanks pizza hut, would have given you negative stars if I was able.

Very disappointed! Went to Pizza Hut at 8:30 pm to be told they could not serve us because their server already left. I asked if she could serve us and she said no. If you are a business that is open until 9:00, shouldn’t you serve your customers until 9:00? I will not be back.

Pizza hut sucks. The customer service sucks. Management is even bad. Would not recommend this place. There are other pizza places in Bridgeport much friendlier with much better food. If I could take away stars I would.
