I have been to various Starbucks but today was the worst experience at a Starbucks that I have had. I mobile ordered my beverages at 2:06 and they began working on them immediately. Then, the order said it was competed by 2:10. As I walked inside to pick up my drinks I was disappointed to see that none of my drinks were completed . Then I noticed that no beverages were coming to the mobile ordered counter, but straight to the drive through window. I finally got my drinks at 2:40. My beverage tasted straight like water. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks.

I’m truly disappointed. I love the Dubai Chocolate Matcha but the barista working said that they don’t have Dubai Chocolate Matcha and never heard of that, she then said that they got the Dubai Chocolate Mocha. I hope in the future she can do better.

I have been to Starbucks all over and this one continues to be the worst in every way. We ordered food at 6:00 pm in the app while in the lobby sitting. At 6:25 we went up and they said he is working on it. 6:53, he said did you get your food? No. Oh wonder what happened, we will make it now.they never even started it at all! 2 sandwiches and one order of egg bites. We were the only people there. One hour to get our food. At 7:53 he walked to our table to tell us we had to leave. You don’t close until 8!!!!!! No sorry for your wait, no coupon, nothing. These 2 young men have no business working together or alone. There was a girl but we never saw her the whole time but once. I’ve never seen a place that charges $8 for a coffee be so unorganized and unprofessional. This is a time when you definitely don’t get what you paid for those of service. Is this a management issue or employees don’t care issue because management needs to address this asap.

18 minutes in drive thru is not acceptable. I know call offs happen, and I know they are speciality drinks… I work in retail but turn off mobile ordering to tend to the in person customer. Got tired of waiting and left! Not the first time!

THE BACON GURRY CHEESE EGG BITES ARE ARE THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER ATE THE PRICE ISN'T BAD EITHER YOU GET TWO NICE SIZED BITES I SUGGEST YOU GO AHEAD AND BUY ANOTHER SET BECAUSE THAT'S HOW GOOD THEY ARE

The morning of Black Friday, I was going to head out shopping and on my Starbucks app it said the store was opening at 4:30am. I placed my mobile order at that time, and when I went to pick up my order. The store was locked and the drive thru was closed. One of the employees came to the door to inform us that the store was not open, and wouldn’t be open for another 30 minutes. We also could not get refunds until the store opened. After a quick google search it said that all Starbucks nationwide were to be open at 4:30am on Black Friday. So clearly this mistake was due to poor management and not paying attention to company orders. I’m sure corporate would not be happy to know they lost 30 minutes worth of business on one of the biggest shopping days of the year when everyone is wanting caffeine before going to the stores. This stores management has been completely lacking for a while now. It’s always understaffed and not all but several of the baristas seem clueless as to how to do their jobs. I’m hoping corporate takes a look into the management of this store and makes some changes because with the location of this store it should be thriving and it simply is not due to the extremely poor management the store is under.

Great relaxing atmosphere! This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations! Quick wait times & the employees are always going the extra mile! Manny, Mary, & Harley are wonderful baristas, they always make sure to go the extra mile for customers! I would definitely recommend this location!

The woman at the window who took my order sounded completely out of it. She was mumbling incoherently and messed up my order twice. Just as a heads up to management she didnt even say thank you or anything or tell me my total. She was completely out of it.

SOMEONE Please give Danika Starbucks on Jerry Dove a raise. In a world that is unkind and sad, THAT girl is consistently happy, kind, personable, and uplifting. Every time I go to treat myself, I want to treat her with the biggest raise!. She is honestly the best and should be the face for Starbucks !! Starbucks!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I just visited this Starbucks this morning to pick up my birthday drink, and I had very bad service. Really ruined my mood considering it is my birthday. I waited 15 minutes at the pickup counter before someone asked me what my name was for my drink. They had placed it on the drive-through counter and by the time they gave it to me, half the ice was melted. I also ordered food, which they didn’t even have for me, so I had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. The service was so awful. Everyone had scowls on their faces and there were about ten employees, all of which were standing around. Someone should have helped me sooner. Lately I’ve been having really bad experiences at this location and I am about fed up with Starbucks all together.
Exciting! Spacious the smell of great coffee and the wonderful connection to all of the baristas and help to make sure the experience is great. That's what I found at this particular Starbucks and I love it. And yes, I am a coffee snob. When in Fairmont? I bring my grandmother down here because she loves the coffee here... I saved her from a life of Folgers in the morning.
