Great relaxing atmosphere! This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations! Quick wait times & the employees are always going the extra mile! Manny, Mary, & Harley are wonderful baristas, they always make sure to go the extra mile for customers! I would definitely recommend this location!

I went to this location at 11:00 am on 10/11/2025 The woman at the window who took my order sounded completely out of it. She was mumbling incoherently and messed up my order twice. Just as a heads up to management she didnt even say thank you or anything or tell me my total. She was completely out of it.

SOMEONE Please give Danika Starbucks on Jerry Dove a raise. In a world that is unkind and sad, THAT girl is consistently happy, kind, personable, and uplifting. Every time I go to treat myself, I want to treat her with the biggest raise!. She is honestly the best and should be the face for Starbucks !!

I just visited this Starbucks this morning to pick up my birthday drink, and I had very bad service. Really ruined my mood considering it is my birthday. I waited 15 minutes at the pickup counter before someone asked me what my name was for my drink. They had placed it on the drive-through counter and by the time they gave it to me, half the ice was melted. I also ordered food, which they didn’t even have for me, so I had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. The service was so awful. Everyone had scowls on their faces and there were about ten employees, all of which were standing around. Someone should have helped me sooner. Lately I’ve been having really bad experiences at this location and I am about fed up with Starbucks all together.

Exciting! Spacious the smell of great coffee and the wonderful connection to all of the baristas and help to make sure the experience is great. That's what I found at this particular Starbucks and I love it. And yes, I am a coffee snob. When in Fairmont? I bring my grandmother down here because she loves the coffee here... I saved her from a life of Folgers in the morning.

Went in placed an order with Holly after placing the order she rang in the wrong size of a drink, she did not cook our food because she continued to take orders with other customers then I had to ask the manager for my food and my correct drink size. Then I noticed she did not give my cake pop I then asked her for it and she said she forgot it and forgot to ring it up. She wanted me to pay for it at that point I decided not to get it. After leaving I called customer service and they said she did charge me for the cake pop. The customer service folks were very kind in helping me and for that I appreciate them.
The guy making the drinks is the slowest person I've ever seen. He spent 3-5 minutes drawing faces on cups when he should have been making the drinks. As a result, I was late coming back from my lunch break. It took 20 minutes just to get one drink made. Very poor service!

This location was a refreshing stop to grab delicious coffee. Really needed one after driving for 6hrs. This was well maintained. It was clean and spacious. Restrooms were clean as well. Staff were super friendly and very efficient. There is outdoor seating available. Recommend this location.
