Sat in line for 15 minutes until I finally moved up to the order screen. Sat for another 20 minutes without any communication over the intercom, so I left without ordering. Do better.

Looks like a nice place but with 4 workers it took 20+ mins to get 4 cars through the line. We ordered through the mobile app ahead of time as well, then the drinks weren’t even made correctly. Everyone was nice enough, but that’s not really the way to run a Bucks personally.

One drink came out smelling of the barista’s hand cream. Other drink was a tall flat white, extra shot but gave me a grande that tastes like it was not made with an extra shot. I want coffee, not 16 oz of hot milk. Baristas were friendly though

They didn't have any food when I was there. I tried to order a sandwich. This was early in the day.
There was one woman in front of me who wouldn't stop talking to the cashier. I waited over 10 minutes for my iced mocha after I ordered it. It was just a horrible experience. Only 2 people came in after me. Service was horrid.

TLDR: Drive an extra thirty minutes to get to literally any other starbucks.
My partner and I stopped by this location during a non-busy time to grab a few drinks. They messed up every single one. Didn’t shake the shaken drinks, didn’t put pumpkin topping on any pumpkin drinks, and all in all none of the drinks were good. They messed up one of my drinks and I politely asked them to remake it and they were so incredibly rude about them making my drink incorrectly. One of the girls (I know her name but I don’t feel like blasting her name online) told us she “wasn’t allowed to give us stickers” for our drinks to prevent them from spilling (she said “the stickers are only for DoorDash drivers and it’s against the rules to give us any kind of stickers for our drinks). Needless to say, drive any direction to find literally any other Starbucks because this was one of the worst experiences in a Starbucks. If I could request a refund I would but I will never be giving this store my money again.

I have stopped into this store a few times over the years just to see if anything has changed for the better. If I can say anything, they are consistent. The coffee always tastes burnt, the order is never right, and the person taking the order never knows the products offered. Not once has my order ever been correct and I have even attempted being "extra" by giving an itemized request. As well, my drink is never mixed even when I request it. The creamer is never blended in and the syrup is laying at the bottom. It's understandable why the store a few miles away has 8 cars in line on average while this one has an empty drive thru.

I ♡ this Starbucks!! They honestly spoil me. I am here everyday for lunch, they know my order by heart and are always welcoming with a hello or good morning. Very professional, respectful, clean, and yes busy at times. And if there is a coupon they make sure I get it. Much love to all the employees and management. Thanks for making my lunch break a little better!!! ?

We ordered a chai tea and waited for it to come. It became apparent that the drive thru and net orders took precedence. While we understand the net, we did not understand the drive thru. When asked for a refund so we could elsewhere, the young man had the nerve to indicate my wife felt entitled. Not once, but twice along with some other comments that my wife did not hear clearly. A simple apology would have sufficed, but the entire crew was not only rude, but crude.
Needless to say, this attitude was unacceptable and we will no longer frequent a Starbucks. They lost our business which I’m sure it won’t mean much, but it’s a number of our friends who not frequent this Starbucks.
First off I have never written a review in my life, but this morning I stopped in to get a Black Coffee and waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged that I was there then someone came to the counter to ring me up and took my money then they turned around and walked back to the drive through. I asked am I going to get my coffee the women replied there’s only two of us. I replied it’s black coffee. So then the women came back went to get my black coffee then turns around a says we don’t have any coffee brewed. Then she ask if I want an americano drink. This roughly took over 10 minutes. I’m thinking to myself I can’t believe they don’t have a single pot of coffee brewed. I literally order the easiest drink in any coffee shop BLACK COFFEE all you have to do is pour it. I will never go back to this Starbucks ever!! I’d rather drink Folgers from a gas station then to waste my time and money with this Starbucks again!!!!! If I could give a review of 0 stars I would
I ordered on the app and it said it would be done in 4-7 minutes.. it took 15 minutes (there was nobody else there). I stood waiting for it and nobody spoke to me. When I finally got it, it tasted burnt. I can never understand how all Starbucks don't taste the same.

Ordered at 7:14 am and got 5/6 items in 10 minutes. Waited another 25 minutes for the latte in the order but it never came. Asked several times if it was coming seeing many orders placed after mine coming up. Staff was rude and just kept saying it was coming. Never came! Left a very unsatisfied customer and staff were very very rude!
