“We went there to have a nice dinner and celebrate our anniversary. The food was incredible. Our server was absolutely incredible the way she took care of us but the place was like eating at McDonald's playground or romper room. I don't understand people bringing in uncontrolled kids and sitting there with screaming babies knowing everyone is being disturbed and they don't bother to leave the room or control their kids. I don't think some of these restaurants that adults go to. They are wanting that type of atmosphere to try to have dinner and talk to the person and be able to hear the person across the table from them without the ear. Piercing shrills going on around them by ignorant people who don't seem to have any respect for other people trying to enjoy their evening and their dinner.

“The portion sizes are terrible. The pecan feta salad had almost no pecans or feta. The chili didn't even fill the take out cup halfway. The grilled chicken sandwich patty took up less than half the bun. There was no ranch dressing, as requested with 3 meals. This was a takeout order. The young man who brought it out was very friendly, but only our dogs were satisfied with this order.“

“First time being here was for a work dinner. The service was amazing and quick. The food was amazing as well. 10oz Filet Mignon, baked Mac and cheese, and steamed broccoli. The baked Mac and cheese, I could eat until I explode. The Filet was seasoned perfect. I asked for medium and it came medium, slightly juicy, and the butter that came with the Filet is so darn good. And then, to top it all off, a 5 layer chocolate cake. I felt like I died and went to heaven. I also got another order of Mac and cheese to take home. Worth it.“

We ordered an 8-ounce sirloin (medium) with a baked potato, a salad, and their signature fresh-baked yeast rolls. When the steak arrived, it was unfortunately well-done instead of medium. However, the service team quickly turned things around. Our waitress, Kassie, was attentive and immediately addressed the issue. Shortly after, Tracy, the floor manager, personally brought our corrected order back to the table and apologized for the mistake. Their professionalism and quick response really stood out. Aside from this, everything else was perfect. The food was delicious, the rolls were warm and fluffy, and the call-ahead seating made our arrival seamless. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, which is always a plus. Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of our go-to spots for great food and friendly service. Mistakes happen, but their commitment to making things right keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!“
