I think this place needs new management… the environment is so negative. You can tell everything is so disorganized, and there isn’t actually a leader. They definitely lack communication skills and common decency. Not worth a one star rating only reason I rated is so I could leave this review #getnewmanagement!

My better half has a service dog, she doesn't make him wear the vest when we're spending all day in the car traveling, days like today. She wanted decent coffee and had this place picked out hundreds of miles in advance.
She walks up to the counter to place an order, during which the barista, Beck tells her that dogs aren't allowed. My wife politely tells Beck that he's an ADA protected service dog, to which Beck doubles down and tells her that it's a small place and there just isn't room, that we can take the coffee and go, which was our plan all along. My wife again tells her that he's protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act, Beck mumbles something and walks off. I would have canceled the order after that but my wife was really excited to try this place before that interaction.
Management, you apparently need to provide your employees with more comprehensive education as to how to interact with the public.

Truly do love the atmosphere, coffee and food and tend to recommend it to others who have never been. I would like to say my experience today was frustrating as someone who ordered online. I would just like to offer the suggestion of advising customers to join the actual line for ordering if it is not possible to keep the online coffee orders in queue for what needs to be made along with the orders being placed in house. There were 5 others waiting for online orders when I arrived and grabbed my food from the pick up stand and joined the group waiting for coffee. Once I realized that a few orders were provided to customers who arrived and ordered after myself. I asked the employees if they still had my order and they assured me they would make sure I was added to the line and then I continued to wait. During that time period two others walked in for their order and quickly said to just cancel it because it was not ready. My online order quoted me 15 min from time of order, I arrived two minutes before the designated time and ended up waiting for an additional 26 minutes to receive my coffee. Your employees did great in dealing with the agitated customers who were waiting a long time and definitely were doing the best they could. However, there was definitely a lack of acknowledgement for the customers walking in and standing for their online order. No one asked for names for the ones who were waiting. Just wanted to give some feedback.

WOW. Don’t be in a hurry. I ordered two, small, black Americanos. There were FOUR employees behind the counter. For 15 minutes I watched them have a number of very amusing conversations and loosely develop some sort of plan to tackle the accumulating orders. Finally, a barista who looked as if they had never actually worked the espresso machine before, began to pack the grounds and then promptly drop the equipment into the trash can and the whole crew stopped to laugh and discuss. No one seemed to be in any hurry to retrieve it. It was then that I realized that I would have to invest significantly more time than I had to get the beverages. I abandoned my $9 and left.

This is one of the few paces that makes your drink correctly Every. Single. Time.
Also the baristas’ knowledge in customizing drinks to customer taste is unmatched.

Food and coffee are delicious. Prices are too high, especially for the customer service. They shouldn’t take online orders if they can’t handle the volume. We waited 1 hour and 6 minutes for a breakfast bowl and breakfast sandwich. 2 lattes and our breakfast was almost $40.
Would prob come back, but not our first choice.

I have gone to two locations and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I've eaten in and put in an app order. The staff always carefully follows my requests and the food is fresh and delicious every time. I love their French toast and their coffee creations, but the grilled chicken Sammy has my heart because it's incredibly difficult to find a grilled chicken sandwich these days, let alone a good one. Thanks a ton, stone tower. ?

Breakfast tacos are good, cheese dip is good. Vegan brownie tasted vegan and not very good. Coffee was a delight, i ordered the baklava mixture. I can see why people frequent there, a very chilled out spot with food.
