Always a great experience. The staff on 8/3/25 at 7 am were all very attentive and interested in a great customer experience. I asked about some different coffees and they shared their thoughts. If you are looking for a great place amazing service put this on your list.

I usually love the stone tower locations, I FREQUENT morgantown and the joe, but I always have issues at the bridgeport location, which sucks because it’s closer to me. Today, I went in to get their Smashing Pumpkins Latte (delicious btw), and I just had a horrible experience. The man who took my order blatantly ignored me to have a conversation; he didn’t even acknowledge me until he told me he’d be a minute, after i’d already stood there for about 2 minutes with no word. Then, I mistakenly thought the girl barista with the bob haircut was making my drink, so I asked about it to make sure I got macadamia milk (I’m lactose intolerant), and she was just so rude in turn to me. She snapped at me to tell me they were not my drinks at all, and she just glared at me and kind of laughed, like my bad girl but it’s not that big of a deal. Then, a little bit later she turns to me to say she isn’t even making the same drink I got… Kind of just rubbing it in that I made a mistake when I just wanted to get the right milk, I wasn’t even upset I just usually have to tell them a few times lol. Then, when a different barista finished my drink, they didn’t add the cold foam because they misread my drink. That part is understandable coming from a barista that regularly forgets cold foam when making drinks, but she also then added cinnamon powder to the top, which the drink has never came with before when I’ve gotten it, but I just took it and left even though I hate the cinnamon. Overall just a terrible experience from start to finish and this is NOT the first time I’ve had an experience like this here. I know they haven’t found a set crew of people since opening, but until they do, I don’t recommend going, especially for a $9 latte.

When Google, the front door, and their website all say they open at 6am, you should probably be ready and set up by the time 6:15 rolls around. At least I can count on the Starbucks down the street to be there. Such a joke.

The drinks are so very tasty but the service was not great. We are traveling to Kentucky and I convinced my husband to stop. We asked about the food selection and she just pointed to the menu. Didn't say a word even when I asked what her favorite was. We ended up not getting food but the drinks were very delicious. I would stop again if traveling through but would warn anyone with me not to expect a friendly word.

Interesting and unique place. Found myself overstimulated trying to take it all in but not necessarily in a bad way. Atmosphere got a 4 star only bc while having a conversation, music just suddenly started blasting through the (outside) area where we were. We only got drinks so I cant rate the food.

I just adore this place! They have creative local little gifts and the food is so in small portions but very good! The coffee and teas are superb along with the friendliness of the employees.

Food is great but expect a long wait for food and drinks and even to just order.

Had Taco Tuesday, got all 4. The veggie taco was the best out of the 4, I was surprised. All 4 were amazing. It's a chill spot, hang with friends and enjoy some nice food.

I think this place needs new management… the environment is so negative. You can tell everything is so disorganized, and there isn’t actually a leader. They definitely lack communication skills and common decency. Not worth a one star rating only reason I rated is so I could leave this review #getnewmanagement!
