Truly do love the atmosphere, coffee and food and tend to recommend it to others who have never been. I would like to say my experience today was frustrating as someone who ordered online. I would just like to offer the suggestion of advising customers to join the actual line for ordering if it is not possible to keep the online coffee orders in queue for what needs to be made along with the orders being placed in house. There were 5 others waiting for online orders when I arrived...

Food and coffee are delicious. Prices are too high, especially for the customer service. They shouldn’t take online orders if they can’t handle the volume. We waited 1 hour and 6 minutes for a breakfast bowl and breakfast sandwich. 2 lattes and our breakfast was almost $40.
