Stopped in here for a quick bite traveling from Beckley to Pgh as I haven’t had them since I was younger- same location same great taste. 2 coney dog meals reasonably priced. I asked for extra onion and there was barely any onion and I requested cheese for the first meal and the drive thru cashier didn’t add it. After completing the order she asked do I want any sauces for our fries— I told her yes cheese for the first meal. That’s why I had to give only 4 stars— but...
Considering the cost and quality of fast food these days, it was worth it to hit T & L for a couple of WV dogs (chili, mustard, onion and slaw), fries with malt vinegar, and unsweetened tea. Server was personable, packaging wasn't sloppy or greasy, and no up charge for tea. (Are you listening, McDonalds?)
I thought it was great. Great value for the size of the meal, great service, I love the fries! We got a family meal and we're very happy. The staff was friendly and explained menu items, and got me a menu that I could hold so that I could see it better. The dining room is adorable with a lovely nostalgic feeling. I will go back, probably next week.
