We didn't go inside because we were on a road trip but the food was great. Unfortunately my sweet tea was warm and they only gave me a couple of ice cubes so they melted immediately and I had warm tea on a hot day.
We're a big fan of Biscuit World, and we don't have them where we're from in Indiana, but this one was a little off the mark. We each got a country ham Biscuit and a hash brown pattie. The ham was delicious, but the biscuits could have spent a bit more time in the oven. They were done, but just barely. We both felt that the hash browns were a little underdone as well. While I appreciate the effort to get the food out in a timely manner, it wouldn't have bothered...
I have visited several times now and they are usually out of some bakery items. And it's not that they ran out, rather they just didn't make any because their baker didn't show up or something. Their cinnamon rolls are some of the best ever, if you can get them. The service has also been slow with each time I've ordered. The workers don't seem particularly happy and interactions aren't rude but they are not pleasant either.
