Store thinks they have the right to violate your right to Constitutional Carry in the state of West Virginia, and violate your Second Amendment rights. Further more half the staff acts likes you are nothing but an inconvenience and your order is wrong half the time.

Worst service ever when dinning in in the morning. It took them 15 minutes about just to cook my simple meal. The staff made no eye contact, ignored me most of the time and not making any contact what so ever until 15 minutes almost. The morning staff is slower then dirt too. Drive thru was getting all the orders fast while I was ignored and waiting. What the living hell!! Bad service, rudeness, slow staff. Don't use the dine in option in the mornings

They forgot to give us an order of French fries I had bought and discovered missing. I called the restaurant, and they simply said to let them know on the next visit, and they would make it right. Really a nice staff. Food was top notch and the facilities were very clean.

The woman who took our order was overly friendly to the point where it felt invasive. Even after we sat down, she kept coming over repeatedly, asking how we were doing and trying to start conversations—even though we were clearly shutting the conversation down. It got to the point where it felt like she wanted to sit and eat with us. We were visibly uncomfortable, and at one point, we went to the bathroom just to get away from the situation.
It wasn’t just a friendly check-in—it was constant, and it made us feel like we couldn’t enjoy our meal in peace. We didn’t want to be rude, but we also didn’t want to keep engaging, and she didn’t seem to pick up on that at all.
We hope management can speak with her about respecting customers’ boundaries and reading social cues better. We appreciate good service, but this crossed a line.

Ordered on mobile app for dine in and they locked the door. Took 10 minutes to get in. Order was not ready. Employees are rude and ignored us about the order. Never going back

Food is a 2 because they either steam or just microwave their biscuits and its gross. 100% not ran through an oven or toaster. They have also burnt/overcooked their potato wedges every single time I have went there. Idk what they are doing but its not it. They need to take a page from the Wendys in Clarksburg WV because they are 100% solid each time. Also, cant comment on atmosphere since the one time I did try to go in for breakfast rather than run through the drive thru, they had their doors locked. It was 8:30am. Not sure why they were locked. The service received via drive thru many times wasnt bad but the other things such as the food being extremely subpar just over shadows the good.

Go here a lot for lunch when working, but this place has been going downhill. Posting review because today the guy in drive thru only took one car at a time (order, pay, give food, then he would take next car at the box). My food was COLD, fries seemed like they were sitting there forever, there was sauce in my bag but I said no sauce. Wondering if this was a return order and just handed out to me. Couldn’t eat anything. Waste of money. Plus no straw for my drink.
The hamburger in the chili was spoiled, the soda machine was empty the overall looks are old and needs updating and the employees could care less about their customers!
