I travel for work, from fairmont to buckhannon and in between, and i have eaten at almost every fast food restaurant around. This wendys is the one and only place, (fast food wise), that i always get great service and fresh delicious food. Thank you all so much and please keep up the great work.

Gave this place SO many chances. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but the 3rd time was finally enough for me that I won’t ever go back. 1st time: ordered online and hit “I’m here” well ahead of time. Show up to an almost empty restaurant, not busy in the slightest, and my order wasn’t even started. 2nd time: charged me twice on the app and manager (who I see others on here have also had bad experiences with) refused to do anything about it but refer me to corporate... with a nasty attitude that was completely uncalled for. 3rd time: picking up lunch for friends at work and they managed to screw up ALL four of our orders. Every single one had something wrong. And again, not even during busy hours. No excuse. Done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The management is nasty for absolutely no reason, the service is terrible, and the food is never consistent or what you ordered.

Went through the drive thru. First thing I saw was an employee sitting on the curb vaping. This shouldn’t be allowed. I think it’s gross to see employees standing or sitting out front of the establishment smoking and joking. They should leave the property to do this. They should take a lesson from Chick Fil A. It was not busy at all. My order was so simple- a single with cheese- only mustard and onion and it was still wrong!! Forgot to put onions on it. The girl at the window was not friendly at all. No greeting and no thank you. Again, take a lesson from Chick Fil A. They probably wonder why business is lacking and Chick Fil A is booming. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
