Ordered a mobile pickup order because i was in a hurry, went to go in and the lobby door was locked and there was a note on the door that said the lobby was closed because of short staff. That's pathetic, they weren't even short staffed. They just didn't want to clean the lobby today. Like I said pathetic. I then drove to the drive thru window to pick my order up and it wasn't even ready. So I asked why it wasn't ready and she said it doesn't even populate until the person pulls into the lot. Which is a lie because I've picked orders up at other Wendys and fast food restaurants and it was there on time. So I asked for corporate's number and the manager said to look it up online, then he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem that my order wasn't ready. "Do I want it or not?" So they hadn't even started it yet. I said yes and took my food but will NEVER go there again. If you are thinking about Wendy's don't go there, go further down the interstate to the next Wendy's. The associates here are lazy, disrespectful, and just plain rude including management.

I came in after the lunch rush was over, so I was expecting cold fry’s but they were actually hot and crispy. The way a French fry should be. Bc nobody wants to pay money for a large fry and get greasy limp noodles. Also, when I asked for extra bbq sauce they didn’t give me the eye roll like it was a hassle to get an extra sauce. Decent food for fast food in the area. Service is ok, seems like they get overwhelmed easily though, and it affects accuracy of drive through meals.But, quality is dropping in the general population, good help is really getting hard to find with lazy, privileged, ppl everywhere. Can't blame cooperate or managers.

This comment is only about this Wendy's. Lunch is always extremely busy here. If you walk in, don't expect to get service. They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru. Even if you are waiting in line, they will not help you until their mobile orders are caught up. This consistently causes folks who walk in to have to wait 5 to 10 mins. It's unacceptable that a person who visits your establishment gets treated worse than the people who doesn't. The lady in the front is always way too busy. She is overwhelmed each day. They don't give help during the lunch rush. Everyone who comes in either has to wait or leaves. Today was my last time eating lunch here. Didn't even get what I ordered. Don't waste your time or money here.
