Highly disappointing food -- we had Belgian waffles that were basically store-bought, warmed up, and toppings put on.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but it's hard to get over substandard food.

I enjoyed a fresh, hearty sandwich with crisp greens and savory meats, served on seeded bread. We just moved to Bridgeport from Spokane, WA. Had seen Winnie's for a couple weeks and finally decided to try it. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had (and we like to go out for breakfast). I had the sausage, egg and cheese bagel and was worried that I was going to get all bun and not much else. The egg was freshly cooked, the sausage was the entire area of the bagel, the cheese was gooey but somehow the bagel was the best. Not sure if they are homemade (didn't ask) but the best bagel ever. My partner had the same but with bacon. There was a generous amount of yummy, very crispy bacon which was delicious. He also had a freshly made banana smoothy that was wonderful. All of this for less than $20. We are used to paying over $30 for two breakfast sandwiches. I can't wait to go there again.

Love their iced lattes! My favorite is a caramel mocha. You can taste the coffee which I like. The cafe is very nice on the inside too, well-decorated, plenty of tables and seating, and it has a great outside area. The staff is kind and welcoming, too. I'll definitely keep coming here!

Winnie’s was a wonderful little cafe. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside. I took a group of 17 for breakfast and not only did they not blink an eye but the service was friendly and quite fast. The food was delicious and the coffee was great too! Plus it is a super cute atmosphere. They were pretty busy while we were there. Highly recommend!

We came in with a large party (17 people) and had a great experience at Winnie’s Cafe. The staff were friendly and got our orders out very quickly. There was a combination of indoor and outdoor seating so there is something for everyone. I ordered a smoothie bowl and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend Winnie’s Cafe!
Food is a bit pricey, but otherwise delicious. great environment for your family and a great place to just grab a quick bite to eat!

Fashionable cafe over the river. Food was delicious and super reasonably priced- maybe a bit more than family going to burger King. Very happy. Service was awesome as well

We stopped in on a Saturday morning hoping for some coffee and breakfast. The food was underwhelming, ordered an egg sandwich and it looks and tasted like two pieces of stale bread with some vegetable scraps and egg hastily thrown together. The bagel sandwich was nothing special - messy and overstuffed with the bagel totally falling apart. The interior design is cute, but acoustics could use some dampening. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.
