I was so excited to see these guys still sold the loaded Italian that I took the time to make this rating. They discontinued that Sandwichin Clarksburg, which was a major disappointment. It's really the only fast food sandwich I enjoy. Thanks Arby's in buckhannon.

Arby's is usually dependable. Our visit to the Buckhannon WV location was a letdown. The service was fine, appearance was good, BUT,.the sandwiches were nowhere near Arby's standard. Cold, hard flavorless chicken. We were hurrying so we didn't complain..fries were fine, drinks were drinks....but the sandwiches? I also wanted to taste the new steak bites. Too salty and too much of some unknown flavoring or seasoning. A $29.60 disappointment. We'll probably go elsewhere next time.

Had lunch there with my daughter and everything was good 👍. We both had the beef and cheddar melt. They were good, she got fries with cheese sauce and a Strawberry Lemonade. I just got a Sprite. The food was good. We were not there long then left.

We ordered fries, the fries was hard and cold ,our roast beef and gyro was half the meat we normally get,half slice of tomato and small one piece of lettuce on gyro.The root beer was the only good thing we bought.Will not patronize this Arby's again.

The classic roast beef & cheddar was delicious as always. Tried the double this time and it definitely delivered. Perfect Crispy and twisty curly fries, yum! Service was fast and plenty of napkins were provided. Delicious Soda. The Jalapeño poppers were delicious to my family. This Arby’s never disappoints.
Parking: Huge parking lot and very well paved.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes several places for handicap parking and a smooth ramp.
