Waitress was extremely nice, on top of everything, would give a 5 star for atmosphere but the host ( not sure of his name but he’s old, old enough to retire) came up to our waitress as she was delivering the drinks and getting our appetizer and started yelling at her about bussing her table while she was mid sentence asking us what we would like for an appetizer. He also came up and took our appetizer plate before we were even finished with it and my friend told him we weren’t done but he just kept walking anyways. We informed our server and she told us he was hard of hearing and probably just didn’t hear him say anything and she apologized on his behalf. My advice to buckhannon buffalo wild wings to not hire people that can’t hear 2 feet away.

I have eaten several times a BDud's tonight the food was served cold...The place was dead when seated as the second table you expect your food to be hot or at least warm from the fryer, when bought to table. It was so bad I forced myself to eat half my portion. Good waiter, bad experience! Ridiculous behavior with the kitchen help.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant they first tell my dad that they know what the hat he wearing, which is the best pros fishing shop had is racist and before we even get to order a DoorDash or in front of us that left the building got served before us make that make sense not only this, but we did order our food and ended up getting it half discounted from all the deals and promotions. They were clearly not happy about this and took forever to fetch our food and by the time they did, we were asked hey we see two open Bruce is there anyway we can sit here since the one in Buchanan does let you however she went to her manager a.k.a. she went to the back and talk to herself and instead of actually asking the manager just decided hey since we don’t like your hat or specifically me, I’m gonna say no and you gotta sit with the bar with a drunk people even though my dad and I are both sober people that do not drink Alcohol no induce no endorse the consumption of it mind this was a black server and my dad and I are white

Mine and my boyfriend’s server lexy was very stand offish and acted like an inconvenience to her time. As a server myself i would never give anyone service like i received. I don’t know if she was just getting cut or she was just having a bad day but i notice the guy behind me also sat with empty drinks so did my boyfriend and i. he had a sweet tea and when he asked her a refill she brought back tea saying “ i don’t know if it’s sweetened” with a handful of sugar packets. all in all an awful experience. if you go make sure to not get “lexy”

I did a pick up order today I ordered boneless wings, no fork, no napkins. Also ordered a brownie and wasn’t with order. Very disappointed.

dine in is fine as long as you get a good waiter/waitress. food is usually good. just don’t get take out they will mess up something about your order every single time

I understand that they were busy tonight, but the app told my wife and I 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, my wife went in to get the food. Her name was taken and the person who took her name then disappeared. After 10 minutes, a manager asked if she had been helped. My wife said that she was just waiting on the order. He said okay and also left. After ANOTHER 10 minutes, the manager noticed my wife still waiting and turned around to either check on the order or maybe avoid her. Who knows? Anyway, after 5 more minutes, my wife was told that they were just waiting on our cookie. Tired, frustrated, and hungry, my wife waited 5 MORE minutes (we're at 30 minutes waiting in-store, 50 minutes since placing the order if you're keeping score at home), and was too annoyed to be bothered to check the order. On the drive home about 20 minutes away we realized that we didn't get our drinks pr any sauces for the wings. Furthermore, our situation was totally mishandled. Apologies and honesty should have been the first thing to happen, not the last. I've been working in food/customer service for 15 years--I've been a waiter and a manager for some TIME--and am APPALLED by how this situation was handled. The management staff should be totally re-trained if they think this is acceptable.

Had to venture over to the big city of Buckhannon to pick up something with my neighbor in his truck. I was buying lunch and he picked here. We both went with thecheese steak sandwich. He added onion rings for an upcharge and I went with the 'comes with' fries. The sandwich was fine. The space with a really nice outdoor seating was great. Tons of TVs. A nice bar. Although my buddy said it was not new it really gleamed and presented itself as brand new. I know I'm old but should two steak sandwiches cost $50 bucks with tip?

The service from all the female servers was excellent!
