Ordered a pretzel that was hard as a brick so I couldn't eat it. Ordered the steak sandwich and it was dried out even though I did order it with mayo. Wont be back!

After our truly awful experience at the Elkins location—where a hostile hostess turned us away despite an empty restaurant on a Sunday night—we weren’t holding out much hope.
Their Buckhannon location completely turned things around. Even though it was packed, they seated our group of four right away with a friendly welcome.
Our server was a standout: incredibly kind, attentive, and prompt with everything from recommendations to refills, making the whole meal feel effortless and enjoyable. The food was great, a little under-seasoned but fresh and flavorful.
If only the hostess and staff back at their Elkins location could shadow this team for a day—she’d learn volumes about genuine hospitality and turning a busy night into a great one. Highly recommend MJ Maggie’s Buckhannon location.

Really cool restaurant in a really cool historical building! Quite the gem in this small town. Loads of options so we'll definitely be going back next trip. I can't recommend this restaurant enough if you're passing through. Food was delicious. I love a good Smash burger and they delivered! My wife also loved the pizza.

I got the sirloin steak. I ordered it medium/medium rare. It came medium well. The garlic butter is good and the rice is good. It looks like a cool place to eat. I would go back but not for a steak!
No seasoning on anything. Green beans were awfull. Steak was cooked correctly.
