I ordered delivery from there for a big daddy pizza. The person on the phone did not ask for a name on the order and did not say how long it would take (as about 99% of restaurants do). After waiting about an hour, a delivery driver called and asked what my address was (this is something that should have been confirmed with the restaurant as I told them when I placed the order). Finally, when the delivery driver arrived, I received the WRONG order. I attempted to call the driver THREE times which all went unanswered (the voice-mail machine also said the person was not accepting messages). After calling the restaurant multiple times after, I was eventually told the manager would call me back for a refund. It has now (as of the time of this review) been an entire day since then and no call-back. This place sucks. I will be contacting the BBB

They do indeed have it all when it comes to food, service and atmosphere, very cozy place whenever I ate there it was just so cool the good vibes and warmth felt from the delicious food and friendly staff if you want my opinion I would do away with dominos pizza and pizza hut and just stick with fox's you won't go wrong.Vegetarian options: Just let the staff know and they can accommodate above and beyond.Kid-friendliness: Words won't be able to do it justice you need to experience it for yourself.Parking: And open lot with plenty of space could probably support about 20 vehicles or soWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the doorDietary restrictions: Just let the staff know

Me and my family had a amazing experience eating here. The customer service was outstanding. We sat down and as other customers came in to pick up their orders the owner knew all of them by name and that is true customer service! The food was outstanding. The best white garlic pizza I have ever had. The garlic knots did not disappoint. My wife and mother in law loved the buffalo fry salad as well. Whether you are just passing through like we were or you are from here and haven't been here trust me this place is amazing!

My coworker and I stopped in and wanted to try a Foxes Pizza. We travel all over WV, VA, and TN. Not too many places have good pizza. Most barely pass for any kind of flavor.This place did very well on a pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza. Mozzarella sticks were also very good. When we are in the area we will make it a point to stop in again.Thank you for a very tasty meal.

Went in and ordered a steak and cheese to go. They were very quick about making the order. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The store was clean.One of the better things I heard is Fox's pizza den is coming back to Buckhannon! The location is being built. Can't wait!

I've only visited Fox's Pizza Den twice, as of this post. Yesterday I enjoyed one of their salads. I chose the steak salad, the has home fries on it, which was a first for me,but it was absolutely delicious. If you love salad as much as u do I promise you will not be disappointed. Today., my wife joined me for lunch, and I let her choose what we would try. She chose the Italian sub and just like yesterday's choice it was perfectly delicious. I highly recommend to everyone that you try this restaurant out, and to any vegetarians that read this I can honestly say that the vegetables in the salad I ate were by far the best I have ever had from any restaurant, grocery store, or any pre-made salad I have ever bought. Not only did they look and taste perfectly fresh, they were perfectly prepared........Also, I feel the need to mention that on both of my visits the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel extremely welcome and just incase either of them see this post I want to say THANK-YOU, to them and also to let their employer or employers know that even if I wasn't, (which I most certainly am) 100 % satisfied with the food I would have returned simply for the gracious service I received.

I love their wings and they are always so friendly when I go in. Very family like feel. And their wings are so good! I really like their wedgies too. If you dont mind eating something really heavy but great tasting, i recommend a wedgie from here

Called once, asked to hold, after 5 minutes someone hung up on me. Called back and again was asked to hold, after 5 minutes someone finally took my order. I repeated the order at least 5 times. I'm staying in a hotel and told them at least 4 or 5 times, then had to repeat my phone number at least 3 times. Then at the end of the call I had to repeat the order because they had it wrong again. Well after 2 hours still no pizza. Going to take my family out to eat now.

This pizza place is not what it’s cracked up to be, my family and I ordered dinner at around 7:30 pm, only to find out at around 9:00 pm that our order had been canceled?! However, after a few tries I had finally been able to try it. The bruschetta was absolutely to die for, however the stromboli was mediocre at best.
