Everything was pretty good here, minus the fact that I got my food after everyone else and I had ordered before everyone else that came inside. I didnt have a big order either. Jennifer was super helpful and really kind and really apologetic about how long it was taking.

The mushroom & Swiss burger - I haven't had one in years & it was sooooo good! The lady at the drive thru was super nice. If I'm ever that way again, I will be back!

Husband has been sick since eating chili dogs for lunch occurred within 15 minutes of leaving establishment,had to clean a table before sitting down, chili was watery,a couple drops of mustard, facilities need a good scrubbing, next visit to Buckhannon definitely going to T&L hot dogs looks much cleaner and inviting, I used to only eat Hardee's chili dogs but definitely not in Buckhannon ever again. As of 3/25/2025 after emails with a reply of a follow up have not had any response from anyone 🙄
The drive thru is lightning fast in the morning. The only reason I took off 1 star is because they changed the sausage. The sausage in the sausage biscuit is not longer good. I am sure this is a corporate decision but it affected my experience.
