They never have chicken made and they tell people u wanna wait 30 mins. Horrible employees. Only good for smoking cigarettes outside when u pull up to go inside to get food they gawk at u like wtf u doing here (KFC) mad cause they have to stop their cigarettes break. Over this place. Something needs to be done. They need real employees who actually care about their jobs instead of druggie ones who wanna get smart with u for trying to order food that they don't wanna make.
Usual fast food fare, but the staff are polite, quick, and clean.

Two of us went, they couldn't fill the second order and we had to change the order... 10 minutes later and they still hadn't prepared the second order. Then had to wait quite a while longer for something as simple as a famous bowl... They need some people who actually do their job.

I ordered two 50% off chicken sandwich specials from KFC app on KFC day July 5th 2024... My husband and I drove to pick the order up... Before leaving we make sure the order was right... Thank goodness we did because it was two SPICY chicken sandwiches... I walk back in and let the cashier know and I asked her to get her manager... the manager said that they could not do anything about it because that is the way it came up on their screen.. SHE LITERALLY ARGUED WITH ME IN FRONT OF PEOPLE... HOW EMBARRASSING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.... I told her I was going to go talk to my husband and let him know and as I was talking to my husband here comes the manager... she followed me out to our vehicle still arguing with me... At that time we just wanted her to replace it with the original sandwichs that was ordered in the first place, and she said that it would mess up the inventory... So my husband asked her, as she was standing by our vehicle, if she would give us a refund and she said no we can't do that so my husband said he will call corporate and her response was I quote " THEY WILL SIDE WITH US " we told her that we were going to leave and as we got home and discussing this we realized how unprofessional and crazy that situation was... If I was the owner of that restaurant I would be embarrassed... We are in the process of contacting the corporate office to make them aware of the situation and hopefully they can rectify things... And if you're wondering no I don't want it replaced now LOL I would just like to see that store have the proper management team and some teaching of making sure they make the customer number one and to please the customer always... And let the manager or any employee know to never ever follow a customer to their car and especially argue with them with people around...

I made 2 separate orders almost 2 hours ago to pick up at 5 pm. They were NOT ready when I arrived. The restaurant was not busy inside or outside. The woman at drive through asked if I intentionally put 24 plates down and I said yes and I needed lots of napkins and cutlery. She had me wait even though no line in drive thru ahead of the building stating they “just then saw the order”. They said they had to substitute with an original piece for one of the legs, which I said no please add another crispy of your choice. Easy peasy, right? NO. She came out and said they were only going to give me 12 plates which is NOT what I requested. KFC doesn’t know how many plates are needed for this evenings dinner and just assumed…but they went against my request nevertheless. And the worst part is they were not even plates, but tiny unlined square bowl trays. And they only provided FOUR sporks. Really? Is this laziness or just bad manners. This is not what I paid for.

Food was amazing and fresh, All of the employees were extremely friendly. My 2 year old and I dined in. We were there early so we were the only ones dining inside. It was very clean, all the tables and floors also the bathroom was very clean. The whole time we were eating all the employees stayed busy. I thanked everyone when we walked out and several of them said have a great day. They were all nice. I appreciate y'all and we will be back!

We got the $20 fill-up box. It had 4 biscuits, 4 pieces of fried chicken, fries, and nuggets. The chicken was moist and tasty. A good mix for$20.

Got wrong order.order 2large mash potatoes didn't get them got coleslaw instead.which I don't like call to tell them an the guy said bring back the coleslaw an we will replace it for the potatoes.i would have to have driven back an forth both

Bathroom was dirty, no changing table, saw an ant on the counter, and multiple on the booth seat ? outside looks nice, inside needs a deep clean!
