I love Pizza Hut pizza, but this store has been going downhill. I tried to call a few weeks ago and place and order and was put on hold and no one ever came back on after waiting 20 minutes. We decided to try again tonight and were very disappointed. After ordering the big dinner box, we went to pick it up and were told to park because it wasn’t quite ready. Called in a order for 3 pizzas yesterday. The staff was goofing off so loudly in the back ground. I had to repeat my order 3 times, before server got it right. When I got home, they were not fit to eat.
Not at all pleased. I am willing to pay more for Pizza Hut, because I expect a superior pizza!!
