I called this Pizza Hut, and the first time a lady answered whom I could barely understand, I tried to confirm that I was ordering at the Buckhannon location and she told me no and hung up, the second time I called they answered then immediately hung up on me, finally the third time I called I got an answer (after being on hold for 10 minutes) and was able to get my order put in. Upon arrival our pizza was burnt. Before saying anything about that I asked for some garlic butter, and they explained they would have to charge me, I said that’s perfectly fine and asked how much they were per container, the managers reply was to laugh in my face. Terrible food and ridiculous service, no reason a company should hire a manager who is rude to customers.

I paid for extra cheese and sauce. When I looked at it, it was NOT extra cheese. I told the girl that the extra cheese is suppose to be on top of the meats and she said a boys name that started with an A makes them differently and that there was extra cheese, just on the bottom. There was not. This is the 3rd time (at the Buckhannon store) I paid at least $10 for extra toppings and never got them. She just shrubbed her shoulders and NEVER tried to make it right. I just left so I wouldn't cause a sceen. I was angry. There is nothing but kids working there. There should be at least one adult present. Pizza Hut is our favorite! When we go to Elkins we will order from there. They are great in Elkins.....NOT Buckhannon!!! I will never go back to Buckhannon store.

They hung up 3 times on me while trying to place a delivery order. They removed $12 of credit from my account. And on top of all that they delivered my pizza to the other side of the county and I had to drive to puck it up!!! What is going on over there it’s ridiculous!

Need to add more toppings on the pizza. Looks like they only sprinkle the toppings and for the price. It's definitely not worth it. Probably last time spending money at this
Everything was really good. I know this is the day of technology, but I really don't like that I have to look up pricing with my phone. I expect the menu to have prices for the items available. I know a lot of older people that have no clue how to use a url. When we asked the waitress if they had a written price guide, her answer was no. The older couple I was with decided that it was very inconvenient and they didn't need to eat there again. So have your phone handy if you want to know the prices.
