We were hoping for a quick stop to grab a cup of coffee, but they were quite busy on Sunday early afternoon so it took quite a while. The coffee was sweeter than we prefer at a higher price than we usually experience, so we probably won't be going back. However if you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy a sweet latte, this may be the place for you!

The Daily Grind is a charming coffee shop that’s become a staple in our community. Not only does it serve up some of the best coffee in town, but it also offers a delightful lunch and dinner menu that’s sure to satisfy any appetite.

What sets The Daily Grind apart is its commitment to supporting local farms. Each dish is a showcase of the region’s freshest produce, bringing flavors that are both robust and homegrown. Whether you’re in the mood for a light salad or a hearty sandwich, you’ll taste the local difference.

The attached western gift shop adds a unique flair to the experience. It’s a treasure trove of handcrafted goods and souvenirs that reflect the spirit of the West. It’s the perfect place to find a gift that tells a story or to treat yourself to something special.

As a frequent visitor, I’ve consistently been impressed by the warm service and the quality of the offerings. It’s a place where you can feel the community’s heartbeat, making The Daily Grind more than just a coffee shop—it’s a part of our local heritage.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine taste of West Virginia hospitality!

The drinks were very good, the desserts were delicious. Was the best thing we've had while visiting West Virginia.

I know WiFi was down but that doesn’t explain why the girls needed to talk bad about and give rude looks to people questioning where their drinks were after waiting 30 minutes. I was very nice, talked in a very nice voice and the response was unwarranted. And then to turn around and hear them talking about customers essentially in front of their face. Not a good look
