Our experience at this donut shop has consistently been positive, and today was no exception. We requested a dozen donuts, my son was disappointed to find out they were out of sprinkles. Drive thru employee Lonnie, demonstrated impressive initiative making fresh sprinkle donuts, resulting in the best donuts we have ever had from this establishment. His exceptional service and commitment to his job are truly commendable.

Friendly service and excellent home made donuts. You can definitely tell the difference in flavor over a big chains donuts! They're also open late which is a big plus. I stopped here twice while staying in the city and would definitely come back again when in the area.

By far the absolute BEST donuts you can buy these days! Far better than the chain shops! They have a drive thru but I always go inside bc I usually get a few different kinds, but the best are the strawberry cheesecake! Omg they are absolutely DELICIOUS! The old owners always put plenty of filling inside, and as long as the new owners don’t get skimpy on the filling of any of their doughnuts, they should do just fine! I live out of state and always go out of my way to make sure I bring home a dozen of my favorite doughnuts from Buckhannon WV if I am down visiting my girls!
Parking: Parking lot and they have a drive through window if there isn’t any parking. Not sure if there’s any parking in the back of the building. But this place is definitely worth the drive from if you’re within 50 miles or so! Maybe I shouldn’t be telling anyone, because it’s so good they don’t need out of the area support to stay open and it may push prices up! Lol

Went through recently, customer service was terrible. Hardly any donuts in stock and when asked for what i wanted was given the opposite, My pepperoni rolls were not heated whatsoever even though i asked for it. Employee was a male and rude.

Until I had the donut from here my absolute favorite place was the Olympia donut shop in Columbus Ohio and that was back in 1989 when I was there lol but I have to say that I have eaten the pepperoni rolls when Dave Harper worked there and they were amazing so if they are the same then I would have to say that is a great place to go
