Last two times we have tried to go there staff has been rude and acts like they are annoyed for serve a customer. They have not had any of the donuts we wanted in stock. Tonight we went and asked for chocolate glazed and she charged our card, we opened the bag to chocolate iced. Pulled back up to the drive thru and she said oh well we are out of those, I thought that’s what you meant. She then did not offer a refund or anything else. We will not be back. It’s sad how this place has gone down hill.

this is a hit and miss we got glazed donut and a maple iced donut today and they definitely not fresh they were very stale and this was around lunch time i doubt if i will waste my money there anymore

Donuts are smaller than they used to be. Donuts do not taste the same as when it was Donut Connection. I was disappointed.
Ordered a pizza roll which bread was hard plus a pepperoni roll and six doughnuts which they were hard also needless to say it all went to the trash very disappointed

The ground pepperoni makes the best roll and they have 5 or 6 different cheese choices.
Love this place! Never leave Buckhannon without being there at least once!
