Tudor's Biscuit World

Every trip home by Toledo we always stop here for breakfast and I get an order to go, 6 plain biscuits and 3 cinnamon rolls, for 6 mornings I have a biscuit with egg to remind me of home and what I miss and the wife has a cinnamon roll, the rolls are so large she eats 1/2 each morning. Staff is always great and store is always clean. They seem to know what people like and want putting forth great effort for customer service. (Congrats)

Coffee tasted a little weird. Fried apples were cold, they forgot the cheese on whatever my friends ordered.

Ordered a sausage egg biscuit no cheese. It came with cheese. When I gave it back to woman at window and said this has cheese on it and I ordered no cheese. I asked her if she wanted me to pull out of libecwhile they gave me a new one , she said itcwould just take a sec. In 5 seconds she came back and gave me a sandwich which had not been fully wrapped. That is because she merely took off the cheese and handed back a now falling apart biscuit that she apparently struggled to remove the cheese because there were small pieces still stuck on the bread. This is twice I have stopped at this location on my travels and gotten crappy biscuits that fall apart when you bite in to it as well. Impossible to eat on the go. Last time I'll stop here.

The manager waited on us and she just didn't act like.She liked her job very well.

Service is terrible and wait time is ridiculous!! The head set is always broken and each customer has to order at the pick up window which causes long wait times.

Food set in window till cold the girl taking orders was rude did not catch her name.bathrooms were dirty floor was sticky just not a good experience will not go back till there is some changes

I love Tudors!!! I'm a biscuit freak. I know my biscuits and Tudors does them right. This is one of the nicer Tudors I have been in. Service was fantastic and so were the biscuits. Not real easy to get to since you have to go past a bunch of other establishments to get there.

Was eating a biscuits and gravy found PLASTIC IN IT terrible place to eat about 2 years ago went thru then an would get one but it was hair then I guess they upgraded to plastic instead of hair in the food

Kayla the manger was super nice and helpful and Lori made my food fresh so it was hot and steamy! Atmosphere was cool. Bathroom was clean and so was most of the store.
